I've been using All-Trans Autos for 25 years (since they operated from a farm yard). In those years I have used them many times for MOTs, Accident Recovery, Repairs, Advice and Maintenance, plus Van Hire. I literally wouldn't trust anyone else for my cars. Even on the extremely rare occasion when they have made an error (forgot to code a tyre pressure valve) they rectified the issue without quibble or complaint. I look forward to using them for many years in the future.

There are very few old school garages around where common decency, reliability and reasonable charges can be found. All-Trans is one of those.

Excellent and efficient service to get the car (Vauxhall Corsa) through the MOT for another year.

well done Alltransautos for extinguishing my engine light which has been on and off for 16 years. The front oxygen sensor, very difficult to remove as it is screwed into the manifold, was the problem. Also for loosening the rear transmission filler and drain plugs which appeared to be welded in. Customer service very friendly and efficient also a very nice cup of tea.

First time i have used Alltransautos, very proffesional and polite from the start till the job was done, thorough in the diagnostic, very informative each time i spoke to the workshop staff,would use again.

Very friendly staff. Went to enquire about new tyres unable to fit me in on the day. But managed to slot me in on a day that I was free. The reception staff sent me an invoice prior to service so the cost wasn't unexpected. Was notified about my appointment on the days leading up so I didn't forget. My tyre fitting was a little difficult, but the mechanics let me know there was a delay whilst I was waiting. Will definitely use All Trans Autos again. Thankyou. Had bad experience from garages before so you have restored my worry about sorting my car when I am on my own.

My Mercedes E350 CDI Convertible needed a new Turbo and the DPF was blocked. The initial repair was carried out by The Pitstop, but was returned to me broken with the EML illuminated and it soon went into limp mode again despite me being told by them the car ran like a dream. Dream!?...the whole experience was more like a bad nightmare!
I then had my car delivered by the RAC to All Trans Autos who completed the work (new sensors, forced Regen, re-programming of onboard computer using full Mercedes Star system). The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me fully informed of progress and when I collected the car, the mechanic who worked on my car explained in detail what he had done to fix the problems. The workshop looked absolutely pristine and more like a luxury car showroom.
All in all, a very professional outfit, a pleasure to deal with and I fully recommend you look at the services they offer before making a wrong choice of repairer like I did in the first instance.

Fanatic service! All Trans Auto staff a really nice and professional. They helped me get my car sorted when no one else was able and at a cost that I could manage. This is the 2nd time they have come to my rescue and I will now use them as my regular garage. I just wanted to add that having such lovely reception staff made the whole experience, (which was very stressful on the drive there), so manageable. Thanks All Trans Auto 😁

Very glad I found these guys, had a replacement clutch and new turbo done by them over the last month. One look inside there setup should tell you they run a tight ship. These guys are constantly busy which is a good sign too. The reception staff are always friendly, the booking in/out process can take a long time due in part to there Covid/one in/one out policy so allow plenty of time for this. Its most definitely not a criticism but this info might help 1st time customers to keep calm as they wont necessarily be expecting what can seem like a long delay at busy times (the start and end of each day when everyone wants to drop off and collect). You don't know how or who has been affected by Covid within there firm. I'm sure there is a good reason for there stance on this but I don't feel it necessary to probe them about it for obvious reasons. Also bare in mind that if there is only 1 person working on reception at any time then you wouldn't be dealt with any quicker even if they allowed everyone in the building at once.

I needed to take my car in as I had an issue with a component that had been fitted by AllTransAutos and was still under warranty. Service i received was excellent and the issue appears to be resolved with the warranty being fully honoured with a zero value invoice to the extent if the problem reoccurs they would replace the components in question.

Feel fortunate to have found AllTrans years ago and have used exclusively ever since - apart from one service with a main dealer which was so bad I realised just how great AllTrans are! Always reliable, always friendly and helpful - there aren't many like this. Highly recommended.

Tried to hire a van from this company. They are operating as if we are still in the pandemic with face masks and one in one out etc. They have clearly forgotten we are moving away from this rubbish! Other dismayed customers also there totally confused with their over kill approach!
I walked away and won’t be using this company again. Their being totally ridiculous

Working on both cars, one inexpensive as just mot (and passed) and the other not so inexpensive. However, I find them to be trustworthy and they work related to what needs doing and not related to the amount of time they have to complete the work

I have used Alltransautos over 2 year's and taken my van and car for MOT and service and have had, on all occasion, a very good services, they give 1st class technical support and workmanship. Well pleased.

I took a classic car gearbox for fault diagnosis the service was excellent I found the staff friendly and helpful The problem was resolved quickly and the cost was reasonable I have no hesitation in recommending this company
