Technically seemed ok but customer service left an awful lot to be desired. Wouldn’t use again if I can help it.

I have used them for well over twenty years, and
I alwaysl find them very friendly and always have got time to give you that personal touch.

Took my car all over to get the gearbox malfunction sign on the dash . A lot of garages said it’s the gearbox or the gear sector..but no one could sort the problem... took it to all trans .. had two hours done and dusted ..can’t thank the family run company enough ... it’s now booked in for gearbox service and there the cheapest around ... there alway happy and make you welcome and talk to you about the problem... thank you all trans ... I was given All Trans Autos number by a RAC engineer who was unable to fix my car. I booked the car in with All Trans for a diagnostic and they found the issue was with the battery as well as a software issue. They were able to advise regarding the issue and were very helpful. Would definitely recommend using them.

I have known Richard for a long time now and have been using All Trans for a good few years and have always found them to helpful with a good service looking after our families vehicles.

Nice to find a garage where the receptionists are as professional as the mechanics.

As a lady driver I thoroughly recommend AllTrans. The staff are lovely, the garage is trustworthy and above all, during covid they are going out of their way to keep customers as safe as possible.

As always All Trans have provided an efficient service. I have been a customer for over 30 years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Having just bought a newly converted horsebox (on a Peugeot Boxer chassis) I approached my local Peugeot dealer to book a service - they couldn’t do it because the box was too big for their ramp 🙈 they recommended All Trans who were more than happy to help and booked me in very quickly - the vehicle check pointed out a few problems which needed to be repaired under warranty (the vehicle is less than 3 years old). They phoned around to find a Peugeot dealer who had a ramp big enough to accommodate my lorry 🚛 (above and beyond!!!) excellent service

Great service. Called and booked with no problem and sorted out my BMW very quickly. The reception area has been adapted for Covid-19 and I felt very safe when entering the building, even with my children. Would highly recommend.
