It’s a yes and a no from me
The item ordered arrived promptly and securely and beautifully packed. Sturdy cardboard box, inside another branded box, and an Allum and Sidaway satin bow, beautiful.
My only issue was with the jewellery here, which was a sterling silver charm.
I understand that silver tarnishes over time, but to receive a brand new item tarnished, and bent was disappointing.
I appreciate it was also not their own brand but still I thought if buying from a reputable seller, it should arrive in pristine condition.
I was offered to get the item returned and I can get a refund then but again, I had already paid for the postage to me, didn’t want to spend more ££ on sending back goods so ended up keeping a charm for more than £50 that I am not fully happy with

Thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback.
We're so pleased to hear you were happy with the packaging and delivery, but we're genuinely sorry that your charm didn't arrive in the condition you expected. Regardless of the brand, every item should be carefully inspected before it leaves us and it's disappointing to hear we missed this on your order.
We'll be sharing your feedback with our team to reinforce the importance of our quality control checks before items are dispatched.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope we'll have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.

Bespoke Engagement Ring
I recently purchased an engagement ring and couldn't be happier with the experience and the final result.
A huge thank you to Ivonna, who made the entire process incredibly simple from start to finish. She took the time to fully understand my brief and vision, offering expert guidance while ensuring every detail reflected exactly what I wanted. Her communication, professionalism, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence throughout the journey.
What impressed me most was how Ivonna leveraged her network of skilled craftsmen to design and create the perfect ring, delivering it an incredible two weeks earlier than anticipated. The quality, craftsmanship, and finished design exceeded all expectations.
If you're looking for someone who genuinely listens, understands your vision, and goes above and beyond to deliver something truly special, I cannot recommend Ivonna highly enough. Thank you for helping create the perfect engagement ring and making what could have been a stressful process such an enjoyable and memorable experience. Claire & Simon
