Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, and I’m really sorry for the frustration caused — I completely understand how this looks from your side.

Your return was received just before the Christmas period. Our warehouse and returns team were not operating over Christmas and New Year, which unfortunately caused a backlog of returns to be processed. This is why your refund hasn’t yet been completed, not because your emails were being ignored.

Our team is back in and all returns are being sorted. As soon as your return is checked in, your refund will be processed and you’ll receive a confirmation email straight away.

If you could please reply to your latest email or send your Royal Mail tracking number over, we’ll prioritise locating your return and getting this resolved for you as quickly as possible.

We do apologise again for the delay and appreciate your patience during this busy period.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to read this and would like to address it properly.

We can’t currently locate this case, as no order number or name was left with the review. We always aim to respond to emails, and during the Christmas period there were some delays due to very high volumes, but we certainly haven’t ignored customers intentionally. Our returns portal has been fully operational, and any reported issues are usually resolved quickly once we’re made aware.

We’d really like the opportunity to look into this for you and help bring things to a fair resolution. Please reach out directly with your order number so we can investigate what’s happened and assist you as soon as possible.

We’re really sorry to hear this has been your experience. All items we send out are brand new and quality checked before dispatch, so discoloration without any wear would be highly unusual.
