Bought a bracelet but sadly after only 3 months its started to fade and now looks half gold half silver.now am house bound due to illness so it's not had a hard life.after being told to send it back at my cost am now not getting reply back from them telling me when my replacement will be sent.4 emails and still no reply.think I'll need take this further to ombudsman to get my money back.very poor customer services and very poor product.would have preferred my money back but they don't do refunds apparently.lol wear and tear i am disabled and house bound so it shouldn't scratch by sitting at a table.obviosly very very poor quality for it to scratch so easy.and what about the fading of gold was that not faulty either then.and I asked for a refund straight away not a replacement cause it's obviously poor quality and will prob do the exact same in couple months.but when it does al be wanting full refund or ill just go to ombudsman about use.lifetine quarentee use state from scratches and fading.supposed to be real 14k coating a very much dought it.

Absolute nightmare. Cant get a reply from anyone regarding a return.
Before anyone tells me to email support WE HAVE 3 TIMES and no one replies. Portal is broken. Honestly dont bother ordering as we are now £90 down.

Never received the jewellery I ordered. Still been charged for it tho, when I reached out to them they just ignored me. Paid £219 and for what nothing. I was out of tge country for 10 days when it stated to be delivered on my door step on an open street. But when you reach out for help to locate the parcel they ignore you via email, webchat, phone, Facebook ,, messenger. Scam of a wevsite

Very Fast postage, huge sized bracelets and necklaces.
Quality so far seems okay with no fading or tarnishing so time will tell but im definitely looking at buying another piece as my last purchase was huge and im worried about wearing it out as neighbours may think ive won the lottery lol.

Got the gift wrapped so not seen necklace yet as its for my daughter bday end of Dec. Quick deliver and gift wrapped with lovely note to go with. Also received a free necklace. Thank you.

Brilliant quality wouldn't use anywhere else now for my jewellery as ive gotten a necklace 2 bracelets and a ring and everyone asks where I got them as they stand out best about.

Can’t get in contact with them to send a parcel back to them and it was £100 can’t afford to lose it can someone tell me how to send it back please much appreciated

Ordered 30 inch 12mm patterned gold belcher chain but order took just over week when it said 48hr delivery and they don't respond to meesages on regular basis you have to message them 5 or 6 times to get a reply chain not to bad but does look longer and looks bigger in pics but chain not to bad bit expensive for what it is could be cheaper price chain arrived in the end today 5th Nov I haven't worn chain yet so when worn few times if there are any issues I'll do another review
