We’re truly sorry for the delay in responding to your emails. We recently moved over to a new email system, which unfortunately meant your message wasn’t picked up as quickly as it should have been. We understand how frustrating that must have been and it’s certainly not the experience we want for our customers.

We’ve now processed your £33 refund for the difference in price, and this will be reflected in your Clearpay account shortly. As a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused, we’ve also issued you with a £20 gift card to use on any future purchase.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback — I’m really sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration.

All of our jewellery is covered by a lifetime warranty, and since your order was placed less than 6 months ago, we’d be more than happy to arrange a free replacement if there are any issues like tarnishing.

We’ve recently upgraded many of our pieces to include double the amount of gold in the dipping process, making them much more durable for everyday wear — even in the shower — so if we can get this sorted for you, we’re confident your husband will be much happier with the replacement.

We’re really sorry to hear that you were left feeling disappointed and for the delay in getting back to you. Your refund has now been fully processed, and we’ve also sent a £20 gift voucher to your email as an apology for the inconvenience caused.

Unfortunately, we experienced a temporary system issue last week which created a backlog in messages, but everything is now back on track. We completely understand your frustration and are truly sorry this was your experience with us.

Our jewellery is covered by a lifetime warranty, which includes free replacements within the first 6 months if there are any issues like fading — and we’ve helped thousands of customers with this.

After the first 6 months, replacements are still available at 50% off to help cover materials and wear over time, which is part of our extended warranty policy. This is all clearly explained at the time of purchase, and we aim to be transparent about our process and care instructions.

We're also truly sorry if you had trouble reaching us — this isn't the level of service we aim to deliver. You're always welcome to contact us via support@allwearlondon.com, and we’d love the chance to make this right for you.
