Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your experience.

Your return was indeed initiated on time, but as per our returns policy, items must be received back within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. In your case, the order was delivered on 15th May, and the return wasn't received until 9th June, which is outside the refund window.

We still processed your return under our extended 30-day policy, offering you store credit instead – which is clearly stated in our terms and applies to all customers equally. Additionally, your order included a buy 2 get 1 free promotion, and keeping one item meant it was no longer eligible as the free item and was therefore charged accordingly.

We’ve also asked for a photo of the bracelet you’re now looking to return under warranty so we can assist you further with that.

We're always happy to help and are committed to being fair and transparent with all customers.
