We're really sorry to hear about your experience and that you feel let down. This certainly isn’t the standard we aim to deliver. We’d never block or ignore a genuine customer concern, and we always aim to resolve issues fairly, especially when it comes to items given as gifts.

Our jewellery is dipped in real 14k gold and goes through quality checks before dispatch. If you experienced colour fading or irritation, we’d have appreciated the opportunity to look into this under our warranty or returns policy. I’m really sorry to hear about your experience with the necklace and bracelet. We completely understand your disappointment, especially after purchasing the items with the expectation of long-term durability.

To clarify, our lifetime warranty covers any manufacturing defects and offers a free replacement within the first 6 months. After that period, we still support our customers by offering a replacement at 50% off, which is how we’ve tried to help in this case.

The green or brass-like colouring is most often caused by moisture, soaps, or skin pH reacting with the metals underneath the gold-dipped layer. While we work hard to provide high-quality gold-dipped jewellery, it's not solid gold, and unfortunately, like all plated items, it does require some care to maintain its appearance long-term.

That said, we’d still really like to make this right. If you'd prefer, we can look into offering a store credit or a tailored solution based on your order history. Please reach out to us directly with your order number so we can do our best to resolve this to your satisfaction.

Thanks for your feedback. We’ve checked our records and don’t currently offer a 6mm belcher chain, and we couldn’t locate any orders under the name Jamie Wilkinson. It’s possible the item was purchased under a different name or from a different brand.
