Don’t bother!! No way to return item-total joke. You may as well put your money in a shredder.

If I could give zero stars I would. I received the wrong product which they refused to take back siting international shipping. They offered me a 20% discount on future orders. When I said I would not be ordering again and asked for a discount on this order after multiple emails agreed to refund me 15%. I was never refunded. They kept saying to wait it was coming and then said that I had already received it but I did not. This company is a scam!

HORRIBLE QUALITY!! Would not refund me, sent me something that didnt even look like the picture. So mad. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! wrote a bad review on the item also and they wouldnt post it!!!

I purchased 3 items - All 3 of them, the fabric use is extremely bad quality (low grade polyesters) -
The designs on the website shows the fabrics very different than in real life. The clothing sizes are much larger than regular sizing. I tried to return the items, we went back an forth several times (wasting my time) and the final outcome was they refunded me 50% of my $$ and told me to give the clothing to someone.

Company does not accept returns.
First they offered me some coupons for future purchases. I refused because I will not order from them again.
Then they offered me 5% refund on my purchase.
And once again I refused. My order was over 52.00z

Horrible quality!!! Purchased a dress online and arrived broken. So went in store to swap for the exact same dress and was told i had to pay more ( was very frustrated as it was not my fault the dress was broken). After buying dress again it broke the first time i wore!!

They have horrible customer service but that is a story for another days

This is a chinese store front scam. They look legit but if you dig deeper you see they are from china. They have no inventory and they say take orders in batches then have them made and you wait months for an order. I immediately asked for a refund and disputed with my cc company. Stay far away from these people.

This is a fraudulent company!
They sell clothes that are cheaper than cheap! Do not buy anything buyer beware! Takes a month I asked multiple times to cancel the transaction they would not.
They will not except a return nor refund money! They say they can’t afford it.
Do not do business then. Im out $55.00 they stated well give it away.
Unfortunately I used a debit card.
Im going to harass them daily.

They lied about the quality of the product and then upon requesting a refund they denied a refund due to the return process being too costly? Save you money and look else where.

Do not order from AllyZone. I ordered a cardigan sweater and woman’s winter coat as Christmas gifts. They showed up late, which I can live with but the jacket I ordered was not in the package instead it was a white 3xl bathrobe. I have been emailing back and forth with them and here is their reply

Dear buyer, I'm very sorry that our products did not satisfy you. We can provide you with some discount codes to use when you order other products as compensation, and apply for a 5% refund for you, OK? I hope you can forgive us. Best wishes

The paper thin 3xl robe is no alternative for a nice woman’s winter jacket.

Their customer service is GARBAGE. I ordered items on 12/21, they arrived on 1/13. The items arrived and were so small, I couldn’t even put them on. I asked to return them on the day of receipt and they continued to send me emails about how they would take my order back or that they would only give me a 5% refund.

Fraud!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Placed an order on Dec 4th and have yet to receive anything!! 2 weeks ago i finally got a tracking# and its still saying waiting to ship. Tried contacting them and nothing complete waste of time and money!! Had to dispute with my bank to get my money back!!!!

We purchased a Yellowstone logo sweatshirt as a Christmas present. The item that we actually received was made out of thin material, and the print graphics were horribly blurred. Very poor quality, and not as described.

I requested to return the item, but they only offered a 5% refund! The official return policy is for only 30 days, and we were slightly past that since it was a Christmas present. Stay away from Allyzone!!!

Do not buy from this company, I wish like HELL I had read all these reviews before I showed my husband the what looked to be cute fleece Yellowstone shirt I wanted for Christmas, which took forever to get because obviously it came from China and looks nothing like the picture they have posted. It’s made of a thin cheap polyester material and the print is very blurry. Can’t return because we have to pay the shipping back to China which is ridiculous and all they offered is discount towards another purchase!! WTH would I want to purchase another scam item

Please please DO NOT purchase from this site Allyzone. Dress was sewn incorrectly and zipper was sewn shut. Length of dress was size of child’s NOT what was posted on sales site. Didn’t receive second dress at all after 2 months.
Only refunded 10% and we are still fighting. Now contacted chinas trade commission to report this business in China.

Very poor quality. Sizes run small. They told me they’d send coupons because shipping would be expensive to send back…Still waiting from mid November !

To get a return you must provide pictures PLUS they sku number and original mailing/packaging bag, the face order photos, the order information page you purchased and the screenshot of your payment page. I don’t have some of those things as I threw away the packaging. So I am out $50 for an unwearable product. Shame on PayPal for even doing business with this scam company.

My husband purchased a fleece sweatshirt. It was not fleece. It was some horrible fabric. They do not reply to any emails. They do not provide service. All returns go back to back to China, so good luck with that. Run don’t walk. Product is not as described. What a waste!!!

This shirt I received looks horrible and cheap and does not look like what I ordered. On top of that, it took weeks to arrive. I emailed and asked to return this shirt for a full refund. They want to give me coupons!! This store is a total rip off and does not communicate openly! I want my money back!!

I ordered a hoodie on November 30, 2022, and it is now December 21, 2022, and have not received my hoodie, nor any emails or correspondence regarding the status. I've sent 4 emails and still no response. Status says "awaiting shipment." It has never been shipped. It cost $36.98 and payment went to: ND Trading Co., Ltd., adminshoeeszonecom. According to other reviews, I have been scammed. They have an overall rating of 2.4%. Shame on them!
