If I could give 0 stars I would! I placed my order in June and still haven't received it. I requested a refund in August and I'm still waiting to receive that! I think I've got more chance of winning the lottery than getting that refund to be honest. I’m lamiya pritchard and I am a confirmed customer of trust pilot. I bought a skirt a maxi skirt from Ali Online. I wrote an email saying I want to refund on that skirt as I didn’t get it. They said I got it I’m saying I didn’t get it so they call their customers liars. I am so disgusted in that I am no way A lier how dare they call their customers liars and the staff honest who knows I am no liar tho so here it is the send me a gift card
But they made me pay postage for this gift card I had to pay it again customer service is so bad I will never bye ever from ally again

This store used to be one of my favorites and now everything in there is very skimpy and I wouldn't wear any of it and alot of others wouldn't either please bring back more full length tops not every woman wants to dress like that and our children shouldn't be brought up to think it's ok to dress like that your basically selling lingerie as casual clothing most people don't have the petite body you expect people to have it's unfair and I see it as pressure on young girls to be skinny it is not right. Stores like this are discusting and should cater to all shapes and sizes as well as styles.

Quick delivery, okay quality.
My experience might have been different because I live in Australia (where the warehouse is).
In terms of the shipping, it was surprisingly quicker than I expected - I placed my order on last Friday and received my order this Tuesday. Ally Fashion used Lyne Plus for my delivery. I was a bit wary because I read reviews online that Lyne Plus was not a great courier service, but thankfully my experience was quite positive with them - they sent a message to alert me that their driver was out for delivery and then sent another message after ringing my doorbell to let me know they had arrived.
In terms of the items, everything was packed cleanly and neatly. Strangely, each item was wrapped in its own plastic wrapping with foam sheets separating the different layers. And I'll note that whilst the warehouse is in NSW Australia, the items themselves are made in China. The items were inexpensive and I got most of them on sale. The quality is not bad for the price - but I'm anticipating it will take a lot of special washing care to keep these items in good condition.

I purchased a large number of items from this company and did not receive the order! I paid by my card and not PayPal (first mistake) on the 09th June.
I have emailed these scam artists and received 1 reply stating my refund will take 17 working days! Up to date I haven’t received my refund or my order.
They are now ignoring my emails!!!!

A few weeks ago, my mother, grandmother and I were having a day out together and decided to shop at Ally Fashion at Wynnum Plaza.
The female staff were watching us as we entered the shop and were giggling amongst themselves.
I thought nothing of this at the time, but when we were served, it started to make sense.
My mother and grandmother were browsing through the shop and came across some clothes they liked on the discount rack.
The item had a price that was lower than the discount listed and when this was brought to the attention of the staff member, she rudely scoffed and said it was the wrong
price and we would have to pay the HIGHER discount price.
She was very rude and aggressive and was looking down her nose at us as if she were better than us. After that, she walked away and ignored us.
She should've honoured the price that was listed on the item regardless of whether it was wrong or not. The item was on display at that price.
Also, she should've been more professional about the situation and taken responsibility for the mistake instead of belittling customers and having a tantrum and walking off.
This was only the beginning of the discrimination we experienced at this store.
Shortly after that awful experience, my mother and grandmother, despite the way they were treated, still decided to purchase the items that they liked.
We were standing there for a few minutes waiting to be served, but the staff member simply glanced at us with a filthy look and told the other staff member to serve us
instead, so she could continue her chat with another customer. Which I assume they knew each other and were friends from the way they were acting.
She would rather have a personal conversation while at work instead of doing her job.
When we were finally served by the other staff member, as she was scanning the items, she noticed one of the items didn't have a tag and told my mother she
couldn't return it as there is no tag. (This wasn't a discounted item, it was full cost).
So because they haven't put a tag on the item and that is the one my mother picked up, we can't return it. Instead of offering to get another one, the staff member
simply said that you can't return it, probably because the staff member just wanted to be finished with us so she could get back to talking as well.
Prior to these events, the staff were serving younger customers, probably 30 or younger, and were acting polite from what I could tell.
I didn't bother to speak with the staff as I'm a male and thought it would only make things worse given their attitudes.
So my take away from this is that if you are over 30, they will show no interest in you and you will be discriminated against in this store and be treated like garbage because of your age and gender.
My mother spent over $70 in this transaction, and due to this disgusting display of customer service, won't be shopping here in the future and recommend
others avoid this store too.
False advertising
I ordered two tops described as "embroidered." What I got were two flimsy tops with NO EMBROPIDERY. The design was PRINTED on the top. I contacted the seller and was told they would give me a 50% discount on some new order. Why would I want to buy anything else from them?????

Bought 2 hoodies....Very light fabric, not like a real hoodie. One was correct, the second one wasn't what I ordered!!! Wrote them several times and they would not make good on their error. Definitely would not refer anyone to purchase from this CHINESE COMPANY WITH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They would not return my money either.
Poor quality
Poor quality. I thought it was odd that there were no reviews on their website. I didn’t realize the company was from China. So misleading. The description of the denim dresses were misleading. Some dresses were way too short that it fell on my hips. How’s that considered a dress? The fabric or dress is worth $10 the most!

The Comedy Continues!
Yesterday I wrote about the bait and switch tactic I think Allyzone used (show a pic, and when the item that isn’t close to what was offered in the pic shows up they claim it was and won’t refund anything) the shoddy workmanship on the dress, and Allyzone’s refusal to issue a refund, except to offer some unidentified discount if I buy more of their merchandize. Today I want you to know the latest—they’re victims of the overseas shipping (those huge shipping containers with their products are not cheap to ship), and they’re willing to let me keep the shoddy sack the dress they won’t take back or refund and give me 10% of the cost (in my case about $4.20). What do you think I should do???? No worries. I already have the answer.
Wouldn't recommend
They didn't have a picture of the back of the dress on their website and when it came it was just connected at the top and otherwise completely open. I tried to return it and they took weeks to get back to me and said it would be better if I just kept it. Still trying to return it, wouldn't recommend this place.

SCammer Alert!! I ordered my goods never arrived but kept saying goods was received . Contacted company via email no response. They only started responding when I reported to PayPal and they advice me to cancel PayPal report so that they can refund me , I was like I paid through PayPal not you . Thank goodness got my money back from PayPal.. DO NOT BUY !! SCAMER ALERT !!!! SCAMER !!!! Horrible COMPANY!!!
