Very good coverage. Reasonably priced. Easy to top up.

I used Alosim in Japan and Brazil and was completely satisfied. But this time the connection was unreliable. At first there was a problem connecting to my phone and later I lost internet twice. I had to search for Wi-Fi just to contact customer service, which is not always possible when traveling. Support was responsive, but the root issue was network coverage. I hope Alosim checks providers more carefully and improves stability so travelers don’t lose access when they need it most.

AloSIM has made it so much easier when switching back and forth from your personal cellular data to eSIM data. I’ve been using aloSIM for at least 5 years now and would highly recommend them.

Sometimes no internet reception for a while even in city area (more than an hour). Used wifi and spoke to chatbot but couldn’t solve it… Not sure if I’ll buy again for next trip.

I buy eSIM aloSIM for Marocco but don't work

I have used AloSIM across 7 other countries with no issues but in Sri Lanka it just doesn’t work. The automatic default is Hutch and EVERY phone tech shop I have asked says Hutch is very poor carrier. The only internet is with hotel wifi. I have emailed support so many times it must be in double figures and they tell me to check the same settings over & over including set manually to Dialog or Mobitel and every time I have tried i get the same No Service. Hutch is a failed network in Sri Lanka. We have travelled now for 3 weeks from Columbo upto Kalpitya across to Anuradhapura and down through Kandy, Nuwara Eliya to Ella and it’s the same .. almost nothing .. I normally use 4gb a week travelling but I gave only been able to use 2 go in 3 weeks . I wish AloSIM would pay to connect to the others they say to use but No Service is i all I get. FYI my wife uses Airlo which connects to Mobitel here and auto connected before we even got off the plane when it landed in Sri Lanka and has worked perfectly every day.

Very easy to buy the SIM before you go and very easy to topoff if necessary so you probably end up spending less. Also very easy to load the new SIM.

In the beginning it was not so easy for me to instalate but your helpdesk is wonderfull!

I have used it twice in one week & didn’t work.

First one in French Polynesia & Swcond in Fiji.

Unfortunately waisted my £7 & £6.

But couldn’t use service at all.

eSim worked fine in Japan, that would be a 5star. However, on the same trip we were in Sydney Australia and the eSim did not work at all, this 0stars. It showed ready but never connected. When we returned to Japan I topped up for another use of service and had no problems. When it worked it was good.

I was in turkey already and needed unlimited data urgently alongside my Hubby eSIM that had almost run out. I got the bundle but simply could not get it to work - kept saying setup required, tried absolutely everything (all Claude suggestions also did not work) - not sure if you have to be back in the uk for that but now ended up having spend money on a bundle that hasn’t been used… very disappointing- I spend far too much time on it - hubby eSIM just kicked into action after I bought another bundle…

Very good. Would prefer you had hushed incorporated into your offers. Many problems on arrival in Canada from Italy due to connection settings. Four people tried before one young lady finally found the correct settings. It would be useful if you could provide some information on settings in various countries. Continue the good work!

I have used aloSIM several times now and it has always delivered. Easy to install and in country coverage has been great. I bought an eSIM and then bought a new phone. eSIMS don’t transfer from one phone to another, but the customer service team were very responsive and resolved my issue quickly. I was impressed. Highly recommend aloSIM.

It’s easy to buy the data and it worked pretty good. I recommend it.

Soooo brilliant! Great price, great coverage and such a comfort when abroad to be able to use your phone as normal, 100% recommend! Have used in the US and Japan now, from England!

Third time using AloSIM, this time on an Android phone (previous times with iPhone). It worked really well during my trip to Malta, even when on a ferry to the island of Gozo. I installed it before I left, then when I got to Malta, I chose the AloSIM card as my Mobile Data source in SIM manager. In Mobile Networks, I turned off the Roaming option.

I got the 1 GB for a week and I still had some data at the end of the week.

We'll definitely be buying it again for my next trip. For others hailing from the Great White North, bonus fact, it's a Canadian company.
