The same thing went wrong as in the past. It is difficult to find the code number needed to activate the sim amongst the visuals of the SIM cards.
The help line does respond but it seems that itâs an automated reply at first because the specific problem is not addressed.
I have struggled several times now and will look at other e-sim possibilities.
