As a practitioner I often recommend this device for anxiety. Along with my patients, I have seen some fab, life changing results! Definitely worth a try and a great alternative to conventional medications.

After suffering years with extreme anxiety, depression, social anxiety, panic attacks and spending thousands of pounds seeing therapists who promised everything but delivered nothing, supplements that claimed to help with anxiety, you name it i've tried it, I thought that this was it, this was my life going forward. No motivation, ruminating thoughts, constant sadness, constant fear, constant sadness, low mood, no sex drive. But I was determined that i would find a cure, i had tried anti depressants but they only made me sick, put on weight, lose weight, neasea, constant sickness so i didn't want to go back onto them. I would search the internet looking for anthing that could help until i came across Alpha Stim. I had tried everything, even microdosing, nothing else had worked but i was willing to give it ago as i had exhausted every other option. I followed the instructions and used the machine twice a day on settting 2.5 for 3 weeks and each week i started to feel better and better, it started with the IBS and the anxiety in my stomach that i used to suffer with every morning, that stopped first, then the ruminating thoughts stopped, I felt less fear, the dread stopped, after 3 weeks the depression dissapeard. It was too good to be true and i was convinced that it was just a blip but i can honestly say, i have continued to use the machine and results have lasted. Initially i rented the machine because it expensive, but i recently purchased it as it is the only and i mean only thing that has worked for me. For anyone that is suffering with GAD, Anxiety or depression, please give this ago. You have nothing to lose but might have everthing to gain. I can live again and have my life back. I wish i had discovered the machine years ago, I would have saved so much money and had so much relief. I am so glad I persisted in looking for a cure. Life changing device!

I've suffered from depression and anxiety for a significant part of my life (which I've only recently realised). After using this for a few weeks I was able to reduce and after 3 months, stop all medications. It's the fist time in my life I'm not obsessing about something, my brain is quiet and it's allowing me to get to know who I am as a person, without the noise!

I use it every day still, it helps me sleep through the night (having not done that in 5 years) and just relaxes me before bed.

Everyone should have one!

I have used the device to help my racing bedtime mind. It helps me drop of with a smile. I have also used it to help others think more clearly at times of high stress.

I discovered alpha-stim many years ago at a time when I was struggling with depression and anxiety. I was taking medication but it had stopped working and I feel that the alpha-stim not only saved my sanity but eventually enabled me to safely come off my antidepressants. I still use the device when I feel stressed or can't sleep and it works very quickly to calm my mind and body down. I am a therapist specialising in pain relief and I recommend this device to many of my patients who are additionally suffering with mental health issues.

They are always there to offer support and advice and they have worked tirelessly to promote the advantages of this technology and make it accessible to the general public. In a highly overmedicated society, this device offers a drug free solution to depression, anxiety and insomnia.
