Fantastic service. Otto our driver was polite, safe and on time! Excellent communication by text the day before. Very reassuring.

I would definitely recommend! Our driver Patrick met us on time. He was friendly and a professional driver! The bus was clean and had enough space! Definitely gonna use Alpine Buses again plus customer support is great and helpful.

Goedkoop is duurkoop, er wordt niet meer gereageerd op mijn e-mails om de factuur te mogen ontvangen voor de boekhouding.

Erg jammer, de ritten van en naar het vliegveld waren namelijk prima.

We took transfer from Lyon airport to 3 Valley ski area and back.
Communications was great via email and WhatsApp. The driver was friendly and pleasant, met us on time. On the way back we forgot something important at the Van. The company help us to get it back via mail. The service was very good ans we will definitely use alpine buses again.

Alex got the 8 of us to Tignes from Geneva and also brought us back for the return journey (3.20am start!)
Communications was great via email and WhatsApp, and a safe, pleasant drive despite the traffic on the way to Tignes. Alex was friendly and we felt like we could totally rely on him to get us there and back no problem. Will definitely use alpine buses again.

Thank you to our two drivers getting us from Geneva to Peisey - Vallandry for 11 of us in two busses. While a long drive (busiest day of the year) you stopped for a break for our youngest in the group.

Will book again in the future.

Very happy with the transfer. Serge and his colleague waited patiently for us while we got our group together on both journeys, and adjusted our transfer time to account for traffic so that we wouldn’t miss our flights. No complaints, would us again.

We used these guys for the first time between GVA & Morzine a few weeks ago. Prices were good and the booking process simple. Day before we were due to fly we get a friendly whatsapp from the driver letting us know his contact details and confirming the pickup, same on the return journey. They were on time, friendly and got us there safely.. Couldnt ask for more from a transfer company!

Great transfer company. I got a transfer from Geneva Airport to Courchevel. Communication was great, received notifications for the upcoming transfer, and a day before the transfer I received a text from my driver. The driver met us on time and he was very polite and helpful. Thank you for this trip and would definitely use your company again!

Terrible service!! We booked a return transfer for a party of 12 people and they didn't show up for our transfer back to Geneva airport, even though we received a confirmation by e-mail AND already paid for both ways!! They were supposed to pick us up at 7.30am and by 7.45am no one arrived so we called. They said there was a fault in their system so our booking wasn't registered and they had no other cars available at the moment. They barely helped us looking for solutions. So we all missed our flights and had to book a new transfer AND reschedule and pay for a flight departing later on that day. As you can imagine, we were angry and disappointed. They refused to compensate any of the extra expenses we made and just offered a discount code for a next booking. I can assure you we will never book with this company again and I advice you to refrain from it as well as this is the best experience we ever had.

I have used alpinebuses.com 2 times to Annesy and have my return booked for tomorrow - It is late season so may be less busy but 2 collections from Geneva were at the airport waiting with Name board & Val to Geneva arrived at 04-45 for a 5 am collection straight to airport - I have yet to experience any problems paid cash to driver on arrival at destination

Transfer from Geneva Airport to Chamonix with Alpine Buses. Arrived on time for both parts of the transfer. Returned a lost phone left in the van as well:) Excellent customer service and low price.
