I spoke with Ali Raza and Mashaallah, he was very pleasant to speak with. He worked very hard to fit the packages to my needs. Additionally, I did not know much about umrah as I was trying to purchase for my mother’s 50th, and he was very accommodating, giving recommendations when needed and was very communicative. He set out the packages in a clear format, that was easy for me to understand Alhamdulillah.

I had been looking for an Umrah package online when I came across Al Quddus travel agency.

I enquired with them and recieved a message from Laila, who is very kind polite and professional

She offered me a few quotes and this quote suit our needs most especially when I requested an umrah tour guide to guide us through performing umrah.

Alhamdulilah we have now been able to complete our Umrah.

Laila took care of everything for us i was super nervous however everything ran smoothly and efficiently everything came through within 2 to 3 working days of Laila applying for our Visas organising flights and our hotel reservations.

When we were in Makkah our transport was taken care of and our hotels were really nice too namely Hafawah Suites in Madinah ( a little far from Al Haram) however very much worth it.

I will tell all my family and friends about Lailas custom and her agency as from time to time they were all available for me (not only during working hours but ourside of this too )

Alhamdulilah I had a great trip and will book with them again In Sha Allah

As I was planning to travel multi city,she offered me an affordable and suitable packages.But unfortunately, I had to book my package with my in laws and they had booked with different agancy.

I found this travel agency online and submitted my details to be contacted. I was contacted by Ramsha. She has done her very best to find me a suitable to package for December and April ummrah. Due to my working schedule it was hard to get certain dates off.
My family booked their tickets with another agency. I was then under pressure to get the holidays and go with them.
Ramsha and few other travel agencies were now actively finding me deals.
I must say Ramsha found some deals that were in my budget but unfortunately I ended up booking with the same agent my family booked with.
That did upset Ramsha and left her disappointed. But I appreciate her for her work. Thank you so much. In sha Allah next time I will book with you.
