Receptionist Could Do Better

I called into Al's to get a Northstar gooseneck. The lady whom answered told me they don't sell those there. I looked online and they had them in stock. I bought it and called back immediately. After I told her they sell them online, she told me I'd be waiting a while. After a brief exchange, she decided to actually go and look on the shelves. Sure enough, they had several in stock. Imagine if she would've just initially looked.

I am sorry for this issue. We have had a tough time keeping NorthStar products in stock due to them having major supply chain issues and a labor shortage. 95% of the time, we seem to be out of stock of their products. We must have just gotten that product back in stock that day because I know we have not had them for many months.
