We filed a claim with UPS, and they just notified us that they found the package and will deliver it soon. I am sorry tat UPS mishandled your delivery.

I did not receive what I ordered

I did not receive what I ordered. I ordered a corner angle head handle and I received a corner box handle. I sent you an email and never received a response.

Please call us if the shipping cost seems to be too high. Shipping is based on the weight and dimensions of the package. Sometimes we can find a way to reduce that.

I apologize

I had left a bad review in the past for Al's taping tools because I felt as if they were blowing me off after trying to reach out to them and I'm here to say I was wrong and I deeply apologize to the staff of Als. I found the invoice that showed part of my order was on back order, I am sorry. BUT Al's even went further, I had forgotten about that order and low and behold I received a package at the front door with the entire order! They sent the back ordered piece plus the rest of the set. Guys if I'm ever up in Minnesota I owe you lunch!

half my order came immediately

half my order came immediately, and the parts I really needed I kept waiting for... Never came, so finally a week later I called and they told me it was delivered. I let them know I only got half my order, so after sitting on hold, they said i should get it next week...
