Alura is easy to use and super powerful for both novice and seasoned Etsy sellers alike. Great AI features and Pinterst posting make this way ahead of it's competition. Love it!

I love what Alura can do in the "grow your business" option though I only experienced it for an hour because my credit card was shut off.

Alura has provided insight into my Etsy listing quality that has allowed me to make my listings more complete and consistent. The tool showed me things I had overlooked and was able to fix quickly.

Tool has helped me triple my views and increase the ratings on all my Listings but it is keyed primarily for the USA meaning i can never get tops marks as i don't provide free Shipping in the USA

All in all handy tool. Just a few errors that can hurt your listings. The Ai that you can choose to write your title's for you writes long and boring titles, instead of improving my listing optimisation score, makes it even lower as it's too long. Under store research it randomly says some of my products have sales when they in fact don't, and the amount of sales aren't updated as well, even after syncing the store, making the sale to revenue ratio unrealistic.

Alura has been an absolute game-changer for my Etsy shop. I definitely suggest starting with the Growth Plan-You will quickly outgrow the Basic Plan much faster than you think.

the thing is you are more expensive than your competiitives I dont understand other than to ai adjustment to mu product. from your dahboard I should understand what can I do but the thing is I dont know what are your benefits other than keyword search. there are hundreds of videos on dashboard and they dont help at all if I had taht time I would try it on etsy item by item . and you dont have good support I wanted to cancel my subscriptioon because even thoug I pay 15 dolars in a month and I paid yearly up front I dont even use for my 2 etsy shops. with your compatitors I do it with 8 dolars. so I didnt realise it is tricky I had to pay yearly even though if I pay monthly than price is 2 times more it is also not nice behaviour isnt it. so I wanted to cancel you offered me to upgrade pro I said if it is free than ok I I dont have to deal with refunds and staff but it has been more than a day I didnt get answer. And in order me to get my review you ask me if you are real person I need your ID. this is rediculious. I will not ever make such a mistake

Absolutely AWESOME tool for etsy sellers!!!

The reason for the 2 stars is that the system does provide good information, and at a basic level the software is usable. However, the way access is restricted significantly undermines the experience.

Features are shown within the platform but then locked behind repeated “pay more” prompts, which I consider poor practice. In some cases, even exporting data that is clearly displayed on screen is restricted unless you upgrade to a higher tier. This forces users to manually copy data page by page, which is inefficient and frustrating.

When cancelling the subscription, a substantial discount is suddenly offered. If that level of discount is possible, then the features that actually matter should be available at the appropriate tiers from the start, rather than hidden behind a paywall.

There are also usability issues. When the system updates data from a shop, it can appear to stall. There is no clear indication whether data is actively being pulled—only a percentage bar that does not move, leaving the user unsure if anything is happening.

To be clear, the software is not unusable. However, unless you subscribe to the top-tier plan, you are constantly navigating restrictions and upsells. Compared to other platforms I’ve tried, this does not offer good value for money, particularly for small businesses.

Many, many repeated requests for a 5 star review when some of the product does not even work. Sales have not gone up and not enough has been done to walk through the process to even get there. I'm leaving this review in hopes that Alura stops asking for a review so I can get on with hopefully making some sales.

paid them for a service that was never delivered and after requesting a refund, they refused to return my money. Their behavior is dishonest, deceptive, and unethical.
I have filed a report with the police and informed my bank and consumer protection authorities.
Do not use their services give any data's from you likely you will be scammed. Others, beware — this is a scam.
