This is definitely a scam site. Their programs don't work. I've requested a refund, but neither my email nor customer service has responded. Terrible service.

I cancelled my subscription with Allura after an unauthorised renewal last month. Their support team acknowledged this and issued a refund at the time.

This month, the subscription was reactivated without my consent and a new charge was initiated. When I logged into my account, my previously removed billing details had been restored and the plan was active again.

I cancelled the plan immediately and contacted Allura again via both email and live support chat.

Unlike last time, I have received absolutely no response.

It has now been several days, with multiple follow-up messages sent through both support channels, and there has been no reply to my emails and no reply in the live chat.

I am now being forced to involve my bank to prevent further billing because I cannot remove my card details from their system.

This lack of response is extremely concerning, especially given that this issue has already occurred once before and was acknowledged by their team. I would strongly urge others to be cautious when signing up for recurring billing with this service.

Great service, yet would be great to be able to pin to Pinterest all the 20 photos from listing instead of just 10, and the tag searching system would be better if it advised more theme-related tags instead of just word-related.

The site has been great about helping to rewrite my listeds and providing scores of how well they’re done.
The ads have been horribly deceiving. All that’s happened for my business is that I’m spending more money on ads. No increased traffic. No increased sales.

This tool is really helping me to craft better Etsy listings and to understand why my photos were not satisfactory.

I've just joined Alura, and I am surprised how good it is, they've given me so many finite and accurate tips and notes as to how to improve my Esty Listings.

I only discovered Alura a few days ago but I am totally addicted. It helps improve your listings to contain more good keywords and sound more catchy. It also pins your listings on Pinterest automatically saving you a lot of time. It has so many features that I haven't had a chance to look at yet. Hopefully I will see a big difference and improvement in my Etsy viewings and sales going forward.

whilst i like the app, it could be more user friendly. also, a phone app would be good for when i cant get on laptop

The Alura team is so supportive and responsive to email. We were excited to subscribe to Alura, then found out our Etsy shop had been deactivated without notification. We had to cancel our Alura subscription while we tried to get answers from Etsy. The Alura team made it easy. Highly highly recommended.

Bonjour. Très déçu du service client AULORA. J'ai commandé le 23/12/2025 un lot de VITAFORME 3+3 en 4XL comme conseillé par le site AULORA. Commande livrée le 05/01/2026.
Après essayage le jour même, le 4XL est trop grand donc je contacte le service client AULORA par mail pour procéder à un échange du 4XL au 3XL. A ce jour et après plusieurs correspondances avec le service client AULORA, la seule réponse apportée est -25%, -50% et -70% de réduction sur prochaine commande et je garde le colis en 4XL qui ne servira pas puisque trop grand.
Pourtant je ne leur demande juste une adresse pour renvoyer mon colis en 4XL pour un échange en 3XL et rien d'autre.
Les conditions de retour expliquées sur le site AULORA sont claires et respectées à la lettre par mes mails.
Pour ces raisons, je mets 1 étoile car je ne peux pas mettre moins. A FUIR.

Not So Good I was thinking
I want Google keyword Research too, and they don't give Filter on keyword at basic Plans to Disappointed. and Very minimum and basic features if u want to use complete u have to buy growth plan for use there features of analytics.

Really enjoy using this site. Absolutely love it. So easy to use and helps me improve my Etsy site. This has been something that I have needed for ages.

This platform extremely helpful and easy to use and understand. I was able to maneuver through with ease.
