I enjoyed both tests. The personality test may seem simple compared to the logic test.
Interestingly, my family members noted that the personality test results were close to reality.
The logic test was interesting and challenging. I carefully read the detailed instructions at the beginning, thus saving time for solving the questions.

Assessment for personality was confirming earlier characteristics I've received with other platforms. Logical test was interesting must say -> limited time was the challenge, you'll find the logic behind patterns in the end. Liked it=)

I have worked with and used Alva Labs both as a hiring manager (for 7 years) as well as a candidate (most recently). I think it's a great tool providing valuable insights to the recruitment process and helps prepare the right questions and answers for both sides.

Both tests were professional with clear instructions. The logic test was too difficult. The personality test provided good insight about myself. The opportunity to download the test results right after completing them was much appreciated.

User-friendly and insightful
I must say the tests were very user-friendly, and they were even available in my native language. The questions were presented in a clear and organized format, which made it easy to focus and complete them quickly. The content of the questions was relevant, and the results provided afterwards were very insightful. This was a valuable addition to my application!

Very well designed, good set of questions, nice user experience and the test reports are explained briefly at the end. I was nervous before the test, but just go for it, it's a nice experience. Thank you Alva team for designing such a test.

It was the best process by far I have seen in this section. I am impressed also about the feedback I received for myself. I recommend it to everyone. I also liked very much the process from logical test which it wasn't standard but it is depended from your answers you give.

Personally i would skip the logic test for a customer service role but i dont make the rules. Overall very interesting tests.
