Amazing service from matt, as a first time buyer the process can be so confusing and overwhelming, however Matt was so appreciable, easy to talk to, so good at explaining everything to me and answering all my questions. He was so quick at sorting things out for my mortgage and also completed a mortgage extension when needed it. I couldn’t recommend him enough!

I can't praise Matt Lindsay enough. Nothing is too much trouble. Also he takes his time to explain everything sometimes it can be a little scary and intimidating dealing with finances but Matt put me at ease. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending him.

We have used Matt for a BTL this year and hes been very efficient. To the point where the mortgage actually expired due to legals taking too long and he resubmitted everything within 24hrs to ensure we got another mortgage offer! Would highly recommend.

Matt is hands down the most valuable asset when it comes to securing a mortgage for your new home. He helped me no end. From finding the best deal to organising solicitors and chasing things. I won't use anyone else and I won't recommend anyone else.

In 2021 Matt stepped in to get us a mortgage when it seemed impossible with every other broker! Not only that, Matt helped advise us in what insurance cover we’d need to get and made sure he did his best to get us the best package for a good price, this included critical illness cover! In my late 20’s I didn’t know if it was necessary but Matt talked us through everything and really reassured us! In 2022, just after turning 30 I had to come to terms with a rare diagnosis of MEN1.

I spent most of 2023 in and out of hospital going for 2 major operations. I wouldn’t have thought I had a claim for something so rare and so unexpected but because we had such a great level of critical illness cover, we submitted a claim. It turns out Matt had really done his job and our insurance paid out!

I will always wish for good health over a payout but if the odds aren’t in my favour then the payout is a nice alternative. Matt advised us to take this policy to ensure we were always protected. He has really done his job well in my eyes! I can now spend more quality time with my daughter by reducing my work hours and it has alleviated any financial burdens should I need to further reduce my work due to illness in the future!

It’s something you never think you need, especially in your 20’s but it’s something I now recommend to anyone and everyone. You never know if or when you may need to make that claim.

Without your advice I wouldn’t have taken out the policy so young but, I trusted you and you didn’t let me down. Thank you for helping and advising! I’ll be forever grateful!
