Vanessa assisted with a third party insuarnce claim for us. The third party insurers were either playing awkward, or were simply disorganised. They paid a part of the claim but not irrecoverable VAT and a potential loss which was uncertain at the time of the payment to us.

Vanessa showed tenacity and perseverence and somehow managed to recover all of our loss VAT included.. A great result- Thanks Vanessa

I recently had the pleasure of working with Vanessa and Mark to change over our fleet insurance, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire process.
