We've been using Steve for our mortgages for years and won't be going anywhere else anytime soon. Outstanding service from start to finish. Steve was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and flexible and very responsive. He's also very proactive, so you always know he's got everything in hand and don't need to chase or 'manage' him, which is one less thing to worry about in a stressful house moving process.

When things got tricky and we were in danger of losing our dream house to another offer, Steve spent a lot of extra time lining up alternative financing options, such as let to buy and bridging loans to ensure that we didn't lose the house which was much appreciated.

All in all, we'd highly recommend Steve and wouldn't use anyone else for our mortgage.
