Moved over from Quickbooks. I used to dread looking at the numbers. Now, dare I say... I actually enjoy it! Ambrook makes numbers easy for non-numbers people.

Ambrook has changed the way I run my business, for the better. The software is user friendly and straight forward and geared toward agriculture. I spend less time bookkeeping and more time growing my business. Plus, their customer support via live chat is amazing. I can get questions answered quickly and efficiently so I can get on with my day.

This system just works for me. I understand it. It's like a game to record transactions. The only thing that can be improved is sometimes it gets a little glitchy, but a quick reset and all is fine. I would and have recommended this software to many friends. It will make your life easier. P.S. Where is the inventory software going to be available...

Ambrook has the most receptive and knowledgeable staff that I have ever encountered both for financial softwares and general online applications. Any question that I or my clients have had has been answered and followed up on, and in many cases, improvements to the software as a whole have been made! Ambrook gives the ease of a customizable software without being overwhelming, and its ability to keep both cash and accrual financial statements is a game changer for the ranching (and broader agricultural) industry. Their thoughtful development of a mobile application that uses pictures to capture bills and invoices in a way that streamlines the process and makes day-to-day bookkeeping easier and less stressful is one of my clients favorite features.

I found this company on facebook Reels, I always worry that things I see there are not real or what they really say they are.
In this case, they have been better then just good. Their customer service was GREAT! I got help as I needed it. I am not a bookkeeper, just a small farmer/rancher that needs to have good clean paperwork for taxes.

I reached out via chat as I was having issues getting certain features set up (ended up being my fault) and Ashritha was extremely kind and helpful and, the most important part, timely with her responses! Most company chats make you wait hours or days but Ashritha was on top of it and gave me updates in real time and offered to resubmit forms on my behalf to make things even easier!

Ambrook is an amazing product. Deceptively simple and easy to use -- it is, in our opinion, simply the best financial tool out there! (and we've done some comparison shopping...).

We are a younger startup with money flying in all directions. We started our journey by hiring expensive consultants to get our chart of accounts right... and that all turned out to be wasted work. Ambrook doesn't force you to "speak" accounting or translate your business thoughts into "the QuickBook view" of the world. You tag your expenses as they come in: choose category, enterprise, and entity. And from there, you have everything: powerful analytics and charts, birds-eye-view of balances and financial health, and all the accounting reports you'll need for tax day (or just planning) -- all simply a button click away and so easy to view.

Yes, it's an accounting and bookkeeping system, but you don't have to be an accountant or bookkeeper to use it (though I expect they may like it too)

Of course there are FAR MORE features available than tagging transactions, but I just want to point out how straightforward this base functionality is -- and how simple it should be! The Ambrook Team didn't just copy the pattern used by most accounting systems out there, they broke through and designed something new. Once you've tried this, it won't make sense any other way. Simple and powerful.

I could go on. The customer support team is world class! Everyone is soooo smart and helpful, we feel like family. Another perk is that their cash account offers a generous 1% APY. Finally, we are moved and inspired by the sincerity of the company's mission to help agriculture businesses succeed. It's the whole package, an excellent tool, highly recommended.

I've been using Ambrook for the past month or so for our farm accounting and have been very impressed. We have used Quickbooks, Wave, excel.... etc. and none compare. This is a farmer specific accounting platform, with very intuitive tools and interface. The support team is excellent and on top of it. I highly recommend this tool to other farmers.

Really exciting to see folks with these kind of tech, design, and operations chops take on this problem.

WAY EASIER THAN DOING STANDARD EXCEL FORMS BUT NEEDS MORE PROGRAMS

The CFAP2 form is kind of complicated, but Ambrook has made it much easier. The payout calculator is also exactly what I wanted to get a better understanding of the assistance I’m eligible for. I couldn’t find anything else like it on the government website. All these little details really add up. Thanks for making such lovely tools for farmers!

Very impressed with the CFAP2 tool! Super easy to use and was able to get same day responses from the team to clarify all my questions!
