I had a issue with my alarm system including a backup battery which was very hot to the touch. American Alarm was able to send someone out right away and resolve my issue.

The gentleman on tech support was very patient and waited while we figured things out. Thank you!!!

Responsive, professional and really nice people. System is incredibly reliable. We have been a customer for over 32 years and we have never had a less than perfect service. Clearly the best.

Your notification to me of a fire alarm activation at 04:30 on a Sunday morning was appropreit but your lack of follow-up as to cause of the alarm or if there was an actual fire is very lacking.

Used it for many years for my often empty vacation home and find them very reliable

Keith Craemer was very good. The company has been responsive to calls and texts.

American Alarm has been my security system company for MANY years. I recently had my system updated. The technicians are knowledgeable and prompt. I feel very secure while in my home and when I am away.

We have really been impressed with American Alarm. On the initial appointment, they looked at my existing system and explained how the transfer of monitoring would go. I then got the alarm.com app, and it was so easy to setup and use. We have also since added the video doorbell. They are very easy to reach out to for service and have liked how quick they are able to get someone out to our house. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a security system provider!!

I feel very comfortable and safe with American Alarm and their expertise. I've had the same technician, Scott, for many years and the service and support is excellent. Many employees in the (various departments -service, billing, general etc.) are also long term so they are experienced and knowledgeable. They work with you and explain any upgrades or service needed to keep up with changes without forcing unnecessary costs. I feel they are fair and reliable.
