I have been talking to these guys for the past three years and finally decided that time is right to buy gold for my old 401k. They have in house people help you do the paperwork and send it over to correct departments. It was about a week the whole thing got done and now I actually own gold. No problems dealing with American Bullion and I comfortably recommend them to buy gold.
