I visited their offices yesterday. Their business model isn't necessarily for the walk-ins looking to buy a coin or two, however they still helped me out very thoroughly with my somewhat smaller purchase. They are fair and professional.

I called to try and get some details regarding fees and process. The receptionist transferred me to an account rep. The account rep was very short and asked if he could call me back "after I get rid of this other call". Is that how they treat customers. When he called back he was pushing me into a higher amount of money and wanting to get very personal with my finances. Each time I tried to ask for a fee schedule and try to understand how they work I felt as if I was not allowed to ask these questions until I ordered the IRA booklet, read it and then called back. They are the best and only company to deal with according to the rep who claimed to be the Director. I gave him my email for the pamphlet but based on the pushy sales approach will be looking at other companies.

My dealing was disappointing. I was interrupted several times during our discussion when I questioned the product the agent was trying to sell me. Eventually, I got what I wanted, but the experience was poor overall.

Phil Owens has made purchasing silver coins very simple and has been accurate in the increases of the value of silver. I trust American Bullion with all my silver purchases.

This is a decent company to deal with. They have different customer representatives who specialized for different types of purchases. Also their other departments are very helpful resolving issues occuring during the IRA transfer process.

My funds were losing value in my bank, USAA, the best in he world, so I moved it to American Bullion. With all the warnings of a collapsing dollar I felt it was the only reasonable option.

After speaking with a few agents from American Bullion, I connected with Arthur and so glad it did. He was very knowledgeable about markets, "why gold" and the procedure how to rollover and buy gold, which I did both. He and David walked me through the process, ensuring that all transactions were processed correctly every step of the way and always promptly responding to my questions both during and after the sale. I highly recommend Arthur / American Bullion.

I have some investments and wanted to diversify with physical gold. Didn't want to move funds yet (I'm still doing good in the market) and had heard about Gold IRAs. So I called American Bullion to see my options. They analyzed all my investments, gave me options and the best one was that I was able to rollover my decent size 401K from my previous job. I had no clue that I was allowed to do that! Worked very well. I have gold coins and silver bars now. They are decent people and helpful.

I had checked with several others for same products and found this company's prices better or about same. Also they don't show you apples and try selling oranges instead

I was interested in learning about Gold Bullion for some time. I received an email reply and phone call from Mark Davison after sending an email about them. He was very clear about the process and efficient in his delivery. If he wasn't sure about some of my questions, he referred me to others that could answer the questions. Mark was very efficient and thorough with each step needed to complete the sales. I feel if I have any questions I can always give him a call in which per usual he will answer very promptly.

The representative conducted himself in a professional manner and was very courteous. I have just opened and account with American Bullion, and I have found the representative actually takes his time to explain the transactions, and follows up in a very timely manner. My calls were also returned almost immediately and I found the representative to be highly available, taking time to answer questions and not 'rush' me through the process of opening an account.

I found Mark at American Bullion to be helpful, straightforward and efficient. The rules and costs were all up front and the transaction was monitored right to my doorstep. I'll bet Mark is a helicopter parent.

I got a great price on exactly what I wanted with great customer service. Good luck if you're looking for better.
