Our specialist was Nina, she was really professional and made sure we were kept up to date with all we needed to do to progress the divorce. Nina was available to talk to by booking appointments via her calendar which was a simple process and was available by email to respond to any questions we had. Nina made sure all our documents were ready to submit to the court and we had no issues being granted a divorce. Value for money service and I would highly recommend Amicable to anyone who wants a smooth divorce without fuss. Thank you Nina and Amicable

Amicable is a much needed service offering the calmer and less harmful alternative to costly, cruel and lawyer-fuelled divorces. We were professionally led through all the stages of divorce and guided through the financial settlement process of completing a Consent Order. Sarah Warwick and her team were always available and well informed on our position at all times.
I highly recommend Amicable and would urge couples to work together in finding a rational journey through divorce.

We had a very positive experience with Amicable. What could have been a stressful process was made much more manageable through their clear guidance and supportive approach.

From the initial consultations, everything was explained clearly, which helped reduce uncertainty. Communication throughout was excellent, and we always felt our queries were answered promptly and thoroughly.

The online portal was also very accessible and made submitting information and documentation straightforward, which really helped keep everything organised.

Excellent service, could not recommend more. Very caring and professional service, really knowledgeable and sensitive service especially when going through a difficult time.

Even though the D81 looks simple. I read that the courts can come back with questions if info is missing or unclear. Amicable gave me the confidence the D81 was completed to a good standard.

Very helpful and clear guidance through the whole process. Remember this is essentially a consent order service - you must agree the details with your partner which can be time consuming. Also review of the submissions can take some time so expect this to take months not weeks.

If there is no contention and you can agree amicably with your partner this service is brilliant and a HUGE COST SAVING. We payed for the financial consent order service this service was great. Signed up at the end of december and financial consent order approved. beggining of april so it was a quick turnaround to get it sorted from starting the service. And I we didn't need to sell our kidney divorce lawyers were quoting me double the price £5000 each for lawyers and companies with terrible reviews. This service cost us £750 each. More than 5 x times cheaper. Nina was great stayed unbiased and helped everything run smoothly and gave great advice. she is always welcome to give advice on phone or by email. I would definitely use again but hope I don't have to :)

I couldn't recommend Amicable enough. Divorce is so hard to deal with in every way imaginable, don't add divorce court when there compassionate caring experienced people at amicable to help you navigate through it.

I remember feeling very overwhelmed just to get started , to understand everything that needs to happen but Amicable lay out the process clearly and help you with every step.

Not to mention it's incredibly well priced.

Amicable have been excellent. Our negotiation specialist, Candice, has been fantastic from start to finish. Incredibly knowledgeable and patient, helping us navigate the various complex elements of the divorce process, in particular the financial and childcare dimensions, which are bound to be the most fraught. Candice's legal expertise was invaluable throughout and of huge help was the assistance Candice and amicable colleagues gave with the drafting of documents and careful instruction with the submission at the right moments. Getting divorced isn't a fun process, but I think the way that Amicable and Candice helped myself and my ex-wife through this process during a difficult period in our lives and really caring that both of us got a fair outcome and one that was best for our daughter, I am very grateful for.

We are both so glad we used amicable for our consent order. We had already agreed how we would divide our assets, and wanted a smooth, affordable and seamless agreement, avoiding any interference or partisan advice from two opposing sets of solicitors.
We were able to achieve our consent order without a single bump or hitch, in less than 15 weeks from our initial consultation to our consent order being approved.
Nina was friendly, efficient and effective and ensured the process ran smoothly for us both. Any advice we received was welcome and helpful to both of us.
This was all achieved for £750 each, which we paid in three instalments. The cheapest alternative we found with local solicitors would have cost us at least £2000 each.
Don’t be put off by this being a remote/ online service…you are treated as individuals and the service is excellent, personal and very efficient.

Good communication and very helpful

I would 100% recommend amicable divorce services to anyone who is in the fortunate position to be able to divorce amicably. Candice, our negotiation specialist at amicable, was absolutely fantastic. She guided us through the process step by step and we never felt confused or pressured. We were very pleased to be able to complete the whole process in just under 9months. The cost is very reasonable for the peace of mind it gives, as we felt the process could have gotten a little complex without expert guidance! Thank you Candice for making our experience of divorce efficient, and weirdly pleasant!

My ex husband and I were supported by Candice through negotiating our financial settlement. Candice was great - she explained things clearly (and as many times as we needed) and provided a safe space to discuss things. Divorce is not easy, you need to have some hard conversations, but we got it done in less than a year using amicable. And have stayed on good terms as we lived in the family home during the process - removing the need for blame to get divorced helped with that. I would strongly recommend Candice and Amicable if you have some assests to divide and want to stay on good terms. You do need to work at it if course but we got excellent guidance from a friendly and knowledgeable person.

We had regular updates and information as we went along. If action was required that was put in the Subject of the email so there was no chance of missing something.
If we had any queries they were answered promptly.
Amicable made the whole process as smooth and efficient as it could be, and removed the stress.
It was great to both deal with the same person. One lot of fees (which were very reasonable) and not having to deal with different solicitors, so no potential for any combativeness and absolutely no problem sharing information.
Having said that, our situation was not complicated, but Amicable provide services to help people sort through more complex issues.
