I had positive experience using Amicable for my divorce. While it’s never an easy process, it was made more manageable and as stress-free as possible. My ex and I remain on good terms (well as good as can be expected). Using the same company saved us so much time and money. Their approach was clear, supportive, and focused on keeping things amicable throughout. There were no “sides”, as such.

Communication was good throughout the whole process when questions arose - as they often did! A much more affordable option compared to the traditional legal route.

Help me though sorting out my divorce, paperwork and other things. Very friendly and always there on the other end of a email. Would recommend them.

We had Rachel as our advisor and the service from start to finish was thorough and kept as stress-free as possible. All the steps were well explained and queries were dealt with quickly. Highly recommended.

She was always approachable and easy to reach, and we had multiple calls with her where she patiently explained every step of the process. Her clarity and calm approach made a very emotional situation feel far more manageable and supported.

The Amicable system itself is very efficient and worked seamlessly for both of us at our respective ends. Everything was handled remotely, which made things much easier to manage, and the portal gave us clear visibility of each stage. Knowing what to expect throughout the process made a significant difference.

From the beginning right through to today, when I filed the Final Order, the entire journey has been smooth. With amicable services, everything was included with no hidden or unexpected costs, which added to the sense of trust and transparency.

This is not an easy process emotionally, and I would not wish it on anyone. But if it does come to that point, I would genuinely recommend Amicable as a place to start. The support, structure, and professionalism they provide make a difficult journey much easier to navigate.

Dan Martinez was extremely professional, sensitive to our needs and considered in his approach. I came to Amicable as a woman with absolutely no experience of dealing with formal processes such as this. I was apprehensive and somewhat daunted. But Dan made the whole process easy to understand and work through even though we had trouble trying to get the counter-party to engage. Divorce is a very intimidating process, perhaps more so for a woman, and Dan did a fantastic job from start to finish in getting this over the line. This process was far more cost effective than lawyers and encouraged us to be accountable and committed to seeing it through. I strongly recommend this service for couples seeking to split amicably and without spending huge fees on lawyers.

I would highly recommend Amicable as a company. They made the whole stressful process of divorce as easy and smooth as possible, communication was excellent, queries were dealt with promptly. Our divorce specialist Lucy was friendly, kind, diligent, very competent and professional. The Zoom meetings were easy and productive. It was also great to have the Amicable dashboard to input information jointly, review documents and monitor progress and to know when we would be prompted to review, and sign documents. Where communication between couples is still 'amicable' it is a great alternative to having to pay for two solicitors.

We've just concluded the divorce process & found the help & support of Amicable invaluable in guiding us through what is quite a complex process. Our divorce specialist, Shreepali, was amazing, and went above & beyond to offer her help, support & wise counsel, remaining patient & supportive as we encountered some bumps & challenges along the way. Although there were a few problems with the technology and a few delays, overall the service provided is both professional & excellent value for money.

Amicable made an incredibly difficult journey that bit easier to navigate. We were guided through the process with professionalism and compassion and I’d highly recommend Amicable for any couples who agree that they want to come out of a marriage without being pitched against each other - for the greater good of the family.

Following mediation we needed a company to draft our financial consent order to send to court. It was a very smooth process; the portal/dashboard made it so easy to add all the required information. Sara Philips was a knowledgeable and helpful divorce specialist who guided us every step of the way.
