Dont trust them ,am extremely disappointed with this company. I gave them my case about a year ago and since then I have received no proper updates or progress.

When I contacted them recently, they told me that the person who was handling my case had left the company. After an entire year, they now say they need to contact him to find my file. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of organization and responsibility.

Even worse, when I call their office and they hear my voice, they hang up the phone on me. There is absolutely no proper customer service or accountability. No one follows up and no one gives clear answers.

It honestly feels like my file has been lost and a whole year of my time has been wasted.

I strongly recommend that people stay away from this company. Otherwise you may end up wasting your time and your money with no results and no support.

Farid Wardak is someone who truly cares about his clients. He completed my wife’s visa application in a very short period of time, and her visa was successfully approved. He handled everything professionally and efficiently. He is highly knowledgeable and an expert at what he does.

What I appreciated most is that he was very fair with his fees and did not charge a high amount, especially since I had just finished university.
