Super équipe

Benoît et son équipe ont fait du très bon travail le jour J. Juste à 3 personnes le container a été emballé et chargé le jour même et tout était fini avant 18 heures. L'emballage était très bien fait, rien à redire. Petit faux départ au début ou après confirmation nous avons mis 4 jours a être contacté alors que l'emballage était dans un mois. Mais nous avons eu la date voulue et tout se passe bien. La communication et les mises à jour hebdomadaire sont consistantes jusqu'ici et notre container arrivera dans 25 jours, a priori bien dans les temps qui nous ont été annoncés.

C'est le 8ème déménagement…

C'est le 8ème déménagement international que nous effectuons et le 3ème avec Amoov. Cela s'est très bien passé. Le suivi était impeccable, surtout sur des objets fragiles et onéreux (tableaux et sculptures). Petit flottement à l'arrivée car notre container a été inspecté, mais cela a été résolu assez rapidement (2 jours). Je recommande!

Excellent job all the way

Excellent job all the way. The packing was very very qualitative. We chose a shared container option and overall the timings have been respected, which was important for us. Price was decent. Only one mover was slightly cheaper but we felt more comfortable with amoov. Communication could have been better at times but overall all went well. 5 stars!

Hard workers

Hard workers, particularly appreciated that the team assembled a 4 doors tricky closet for 4 hours until 9pm :)
Overall a pleasant experience door to door. Friendly team

. Everything on time and no broken items so far, still unpacking a few last boxes. Thank you

Quality service but I would have like a…

Quality service but I would have like a tiny bit more sense of emergency on the packing. We validated our move only 10 days in advance, it was really stressful due to an urgent assignment from my husband. Afterwards the process was smooth until the end. I recommend.

Super friendly team and packing crew

Super friendly team and packing crew. Courageous considering the volume (52 cubic meters) there was for packing and unpacking, finished on time. Excellent follow up all the way. 3 dishes broken but of no value.

Amoov Moving Feedback

I have contacted Amoov for a relocation service to Dubai. The team dedicated to me was attentive to my needs and was able to assist me in a personalized manner at each stage of our move. Our belongings arrived safely within the agreed-upon timeframe and without any issues.

Great experience overall.

THINK OF A NIGHTMARE!!!

Yes, you heard. Don’t read the glossy messages about how wonderful they are because who take the time to write this is probably friends or employees.
Nightmare from the beginning, cancelled move last minute, not told to do the paperwork needed to go to the specific country destination and that turned into yet another long nightmare, lied about the time scale I would receive my stuff, 6-8 weeks and we are on week 16 and no sign of receiving it, customer service forget about it, they will lie, BS, not respond and so on. Moving day they’ve turned up earlier than organised making impossible to finish my personal packing plus they’ve packed a file of documents including my motorcycle so I wasn’t able to sell it as planned so stayed on the triad without movement and was stolen.
They went through my belongings without telling me, removed stuff without telling me, because I started complaining they tried say that the delay was because they had to open my container but it’s just another lie because on same conversation I picked up that they are filling the container and can’t send until is full plus went through other containers too, never told me not to bring certain things and removed with my consent. Still don’t have a date, thousands of pounds removed where it could be returned to my friends as I am coming back and not relocating.
Just STAY AWAY, they will smiles to close the deal and a big F OFF AS YOU GO ALONG. I wouldn’t use or recommend this company even for free again. READ THST BAD COMMENTS, I ignored and decided to believe the good ones to realise that the bad ones are the REAL ONES. don’t make that mistake.
The lies had as consequence of me loosing my job, home and furniture in Uk and personal belongings and the person that was supposed to share the place with abroad is now without place to be and without a job and can’t keep the place nor go back without a job, THAT IS AMOOV. they were shocked to know that I wasn’t relocating, therefore this must be common procedure, it’s late and that’s it.
Ah forgot to say I was offering £350 compensation. lol
I had to buy clothes eating out is extremely expensive here, as you would imagine….
I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM!

Amazing move

Amazing move. Things were really well protected, to the point that I have asked, under team leader advise, to remove the 800 euros of wooden crates originally planned for the move. Very friendly team overall both at packing and on the coordination. Highly recommend

Move France to UAE

A lot of hiccup and disorganization between different parties involved. Lot of subcontractors which led in missing information and communication. it was not smooth experience for sure despite a lot of effort from my end preparing the work for the movers.....

Anguish and annoyance are the words…

Anguish and annoyance are the words that best describe our recent experience with Amoov. The volume to be moved was estimated by video and underrated so the removalists had to get another truck to finish the job. The difference in volume nearly doubled the initial invoice. This difference was claimed once the shipment finally arrived and I had to pay to see our belongings delivered after16 weeks instead of 8 as written on the contract. We never had the boxes as included in this contract for pre-packing because no one knew who would do the moving until the last moment. It is next to impossible to talk to someone, no one answer the phone, the person in charge of the job constantly changes and have no direct phone number, just an email address. We lived during all these weeks with the feeling that we would be lucky if we get back our shipment. Fortunately, the sub-contractors were professionals.

Excellent service de logistique

J'ai utilisé Amoov à de multiple reprises depuis 2013 et à chaque fois avec entière satisfaction. J'ai demandé à leurs équipes d'effectuer deux déménagements intercontinentaux et trois locaux. Dont l'un qu'ils ont pu effectuer en mon absence.
1) je n'ai jamais eu de pertes/vols ou dégradations
2) les délais étaient respectés
3) la communication en amont et avec les équipes d'emballage et de déballage s'est parfaitement passée
4) les solutions trouvées pour des objets ou des délais compliquées étaient précieuses
4) Leurs tarifs étaient extrêmement compétitifs.
Je recommande à 100%
