Habe bei Amovibe nicht das erhalten was ich wollte und viel zu teuer
Ausserdem ist die Beschreibung schlecht auf der Seite
Eine Teilerstattung wäre seitens des Unternehmens angebracht

I ordered 27th january, 2 products, one was broken upon reciving it, i sent an email to them and no reply..

The second product died when i tried it out.

Still no reply from the email, seams it's a big 150$ scam.

My experiance tells me that the quality is questionable, one DOA and one dies on the first use.

J’ai commandé 3 fois chez amovibe et ce sera tout pour moi, la 1er commande le materiel était efficace et ma copine a aprécié mais des la 2em commande c’était catastrophique pour moi, l’aspiration fait mal, le trou est trop petit, c’est froid et bruyant, pourtant 99% des avis ne tarissais pas d’eloge concernant l’objet, déçu, utilisé 2 fois puis au placard.
3 em commande 2 objet au demeurang sympathique, celui avec la langue qui tourne au bout du sexe et l’espéce de crochet main violet vibrant.
Encore des éloges mais quel deception, celui avec la langue est trop serré, il est froid trop longtemps, le bruit est horrible avec l’effet vas et viens qui fais un bruit caverneux et disgracieux, aucun plaisir, les sensations sont inexistante, dommage.
Pour l’autre le violet, c’était un peu mieux plus petit, la vibration est efficace et peu bryuante mais j’ai eu des rougeurs, comme und brûlure alergique en l’utilisant, resultat j’y touche plus.

Voila cela a été ma derniére fois avec amovibe je prefere largement les sextoys TENGA qui procure un plaisir immediat absoliment incroyable.
En tout j’ai perdu pas loin de 200 euro pour 2-3 utilisation des 3 sextoy que j’ai acheté et qui resterons au placard le temps de les jeter ne sachznt pas quoi en faire.

2 etoiles pour la facilité du site, la presentation et la rapidité des livraisons puis le sextoy de ma copine qui est le seul qui vaut le coup.

Na een maand nog steeds niks ontvangen als het echt niet meer komt laat het dan weten...
Ik zou dan wel graag mn geld terug krijgen...

Arrived quickly and worked as expected

I have a warrior from Amovibe and contacted CS regarding a problem. They the told me to contact Junpeng Wu. He did not return my email so I again contacted CS and then got an email from Mr. Wu. He talked about some email problem he was having and would get back to me. A bit later after no follow-up I again contacted Mr. Wu. He, as I recall, replied that he would get back to me. Again no response and the 60!day return was gone.
I contacted CS but no response. So please remove me from you mail list due to lack of service. I did buy two additional items from you during the process and was considering a third, but the response from CS was not up to what I felt it should be
I believe I still have the original emails regarding the issue with my warrior.

Ich habe am 16.02.2025 etwas bei Amovibe bestellt. Die Ware ist bis heute nicht angekommen (angeblich eine Lieferverzögerung). Und es ist auch nicht nachvollziehbar wo das Paket geblieben ist. Ich werde garantiert nicht mehr bei Amovibe bestellen und dieses Paket auch nicht bezahlen bis ich es in Händen halte.

Op review-sites voor Amovibe bekeken naar ervaring, redelijk positief. In Nederlandse taal website. Dus een pakketje besteld bij Amovibe.
Bevestiging van bestelling is niet in Nederlands maar in Spaans, Dan kijk je raar van op...

Na 5 dagen op 31 januari 2025 is het pakketje verstuurd. Positief. Krijg nog een mail met Chinese tekens die google niet kan vertalen?????

Sindsdien is er nog niets gearriveerd. Een paar dagen geleden een mail gestuurd Amovibe. Krijg alleen een onprofessionele mail terug om bij de lokale postkantoor te informeren en een link naar nog meer Chinese tekst. Maar daar is het pakketje niet bekend. De 2 meegestuurde telefoonnummers van Postnl zijn buiten gebruik.

De communicatie is verwarrend en onduidelijk, en het lijkt alsof er weinig actie wordt ondernomen om het probleem op te lossen. Het zou fijn zijn als er meer duidelijkheid komt over waar het pakket zich bevindt en hoe ik het kan ontvangen.

Amovibe heeft na een review hier op de website en per mail direct op een professionele gereageerd. Het klopt dat het geld binnen 24 uur weer terug is geboekt.
En ik moet wel zeggen dat er telkens binnen 2 dagen gereageerd wordt.

Ik heb een mail teruggestuurd met opbouwend kritiek over de werkwijze. Ik ben altijd al huiverig om buiten Europa via een website bestellingen te doen. Deze ervaring heeft het er niet beter op gemaakt. Maar voor nu is mijn vertrouwen even weg. De beoordeling heb ik verhoogd naar 2 sterren. Want ook al heb ik mijn geld terug. Mijn bestelling heb ik nu na zo'n maand niet. En daar was het om te doen.....

This company screwed up together with PostNL from my last order. Why offer me 50% discount on my next purchase, and why think I would purchase here again - after they didn't help me solve my case and after I contacted Amovibe and PostNL BACK AND FORTH. Both none of them took responsibility.

Size is good not small but not big either

I have emailed twice because the product I bought quit working. I have yet to hear from amovibe. I did not use it that often I took very good care of it and yet it quit working. I feel amovibe is ignoring me because this particular product has had numerous complaints and stopped working for many people.

Mehr als die Hälfte der Lieferung nicht angekommen. 6 Wochen Lieferzeit, Paket aus China..

Unglaublicher Service!!!
Ich musste 2 mal nachfragen wo die Bestellung war. Nachdem ich nach 6 Tagen ohne Versandbestätigung den Artikel storniert hatte, hatte ich ihn kurz vorher bei Amazon bestellt für die Hälfte des Betrages. Auf einmal bekam ich eine Mail, dass der bestellte Artikel bei Amazon verloren gegangen sei obwohl er noch gar nicht versendet wurde!! Lässt vermuten, dass Amovibe die Artikel bei Amazon "für die Hälfte " bestellt und anschließend für "das Doppelte " weiterverkauft!!!! Absolute Abzocke und ein katastrophaler Händler. Normalerweise 0 Sterne! Bloß nicht dort bestellen!!!
