He pedido un smartphone en Amazon.es. Tenía que llegar por una empresa Bigphone. Nunca ha llegado y mis comentarios a Amazon.es quedaron sin respuesta hasta un email que dice que el caso estaba cerrado.
Amazon Spain insist on charging me €189.99 for an item that was never delivered. Amazon have continually failed to provide any proof of delivery. This has now been reported to the police and the government consumer agency.

Why do they use Paack ?
Over the last few weeks they took 14 scheduled delivery days to deliver a parcel to me.
I made the mistake of ordering from them again. This time Paack decided to send it back on the first delivery day without even trying.
I live in a village with all the streets named and all the houses numbered, not out in the sticks.

Ordered a simple item - 20 euros. ‘Amazon’ used a carrier who claims they tried to deliver. BUT we have Ring security cameras from Amazon that shows ‘NO’ record of attempted delivery. Whe going on the Amazon.es site their customer service say wait a week?! I needed the item before Saturday PM - hence my post here - very poor AND I’ve connected with Mr Besos team in the past si rely and got sorted but Amazon Spain have lower standards.
