Me gustó el poder cambiar el producto sin tener que devolverlos.

Compré el vestido ROMA en naranja. Una total decepción. Muy bonito el marketing que le echan pero en persona es de pésima calidad. Transparenta, el nido de abeja no ajusta bien como si el elástico estuviera dado de sí entero… la talla S parece una L … Y ENCIMA SI QUIERES DEVOLVERLO TIENES QUE PAGAR TU LOS GASTOS DE ENVÍO. Después de pagar 129€ . Calidad de primark. Horrible una y nunca más .

El vestido que compré es bastante bonito y se ajusta a la descripción. Me parece bastante caro pero entiendo que al ser producido en España los costes sean más elevados. Para una chica alta como yo (mido 1,78m) no quedaba nada corto y se ajusta a la talla que siempre uso en otras tiendas (M).

I have exchanged many emails with their customer service team as the second part of my order never arrived. And, since I was waiting for this to do a return, I needed an extension for the return window.
They sent me a confirmation of delivery and said that they couldn't process the return if I didn't return the items by today.
I explained multiple times that I did not receive the order. They sent me to investigate throughout my building and asked me to ask my neighbours, but they still do not acknowledge that I do not have the item. They refuse to accept the return of the two dresses I do have because it will be past their return window. All in all, they steal money from you! They claim to be sustainable and handmade, but their products are translucent and not worth the price. NEVER AGAIN.

BEWARE EXTORTIONATE CUSTOMS CHARGES TO THE UK - it’s not made clear these aren’t included in the price as most companies now do and with handling on top expect to pay 25% more than the listed price. Returns fees are extortionate too.
