I didn't receive my products

No he recibido los productos que pedí hace tres semanas y no me han dado respuesta

Nunca recibí el producto. Tampoco nunca me contestan los correos electrónicos

Nunca me llegaron los articulos solicitados. y me enviaron un correo disculpándose y pidiéndome que decidiera entre seguir esperando a que tuvieron los artículos en stock o que me reembolsaran el importe que pagué; elegí reembolso y a la fecha aún no me han reembolsado nada. Estoy muy molesto porque ya ni siquiera me respondieron mi último correo. Espero me reembolsen, o que me envíen los productos...Atentamente Miguel Angel Montenegro

Se tardan mucho para enviar la orden, desde el 29 de abril compre unos productos, ya me la cobraron y no he tenido ninguna noticia sobre mi orden hasta el dia de hoy 22 de mayo.

They never sent my item. Its been three weeks since I ordered. I reached out to their contact email multiple times and no one ever replied to me. Very disappointed in the customer service and experience. Ive had to go through my bank to dispute the charge.

Never got the packet.

I ordered and paid for a product that hasn’t arrived. I paid for the shipping. I also tried to contact you and never received an answer. I feel you have stolen from me. I liked Ana María La Justicia, I believe her memory doesn’t deserve the quality of service you give.

Same as many others reported, never got my oder. Placed order mid April... sent emails, messages with no response. The phone number found online always has a busy signal. The phone given by PayPal leads nowhere. These company was good in the past, but unsure what happened. It's like they disappeared.
