Good customer service. But waiting for the delivery.. probably tomorrow

The product was delivered too late that we were close to cancel it.

I bought Ana Maria La Justicia products because I know that they are good quality but the shipping of them in USA is a "NIGTHMARE" this is not my first time that I have to write 3 emails and reach out the webpage chat trying to know what happen with the shipping and get the items after 2 weeks.

The last two orders have taken almost a month to be shipped. And they don't have a phone number where you can contact them.
