very incorrect seller bad after-sales service he says things that don't convince me for example that he doesn't have a VAT number I was wrong once to buy and never again

We genuinely value our customers and strive to offer the best possible service. Furthermore, we incurred an additional £1.90 for postage, as the actual cost amounted to £11.90. However, we did not request any further payment from you, and you have only paid a total of £10 for the order.

Resolved

This has been resolved the delivery was late but they kindly suggested a refund to compensate the error. I appreciate their acknowledgement of their delay and their effort to resolve it. The items itself were lovely
