We are very sorry to hear that you are not pleased with the response time and feel that you have been provided with incorrect information. We strive to provide our customer with the best service before, during and after purchase.

As discussed via email, your electrical system is unfortunately not compatible for the lamp to be dimmable. This is of course very unfortunate, but we could not have known this beforehand.

Besides this, we did indeed send you an email on 22/05/2023 that we have not received a response to.
