Overall great

The webpage is easy to use and understand making buying things easy. After some personal confusion with pre orders and shipping dates i emailed for help and was met with nice staff who explained things to me well and reassured me in my purchase letting me know what to expect

I’d been searching for the Possessed


I’d been searching for the Possessed Lamb plushie for my son but everywhere was out of stock. I signed up to be informed when an item came into stock and as soon as I got the in stock email from Anime Emporium I ordered the plushie, and it arrived literally 3 days later. I was amazed it was so fast, and my son was overjoyed to receive it in time for his 13th birthday.

Five *

There was some delays in dispatch because of when I ordered, but that's my fault. Whenever I contacted the site, they were extremely helpful. The parcel arrived well wrapped and protected I've ever seen.

my figure was dispatched and arrived very quickly, it was perfectly wrapped and exactly as described. i can’t fault anime emporium and i’ll definitely be ordering again :)

Recieved the wrong item

Recieved the wrong item, and when trying to get in touch to resolve the issue I heard nothing back.

Edit: Just recieved a response and it seems like there were delays on their end for good reason. They are workin on resolving the issue and getting me the correct item. I'm amending my review as they are being very helpful.
