A recent purchase I made led to one of the items I ordered turning out damaged due to a manufacturing defect. When I notified the team, they were very quick to respond and assured me that they would be able to provide a suitable replacement. However, since the item was out of stock at the time, it would be a while before it could be sent so they asked if I would be okay with waiting. I replied that I didn't mind at all and proceeded to drop off the damaged item at the post office. After it returned to them, they gave me a refund and kept me updated on the situation from when the item restocked to when it got shipped out with a tracking number. Once my replacement arrived, I found that it was in excellent condition, which made me very happy 💜🌈✨
