Genuine product, fast shipping, transparent tracking, great service. I was looking for a specific merchandise item and was happy to find it here, since other shops that had it didn't seem trustworthy enough. The Products are very high quality and my order arrived really fast. I had no issue with it getting through customs since everything was already paid.

The last time I ran into an issue where my Castorice figure came with a manufacturing defect (the metal parts wouldn’t stay connected). However the team not only helped me resolve the problem but also arranged to send a replacement figure which was incredibly kind of them ❤️
