They have bad delivery policy, replied within chat "working" hours and they said due to late response it won't be delivered today.

Recieved our alexa u shaped sofa bed, and we are extremely happy with our purchase, delivery was great and quick, everything was there and easy to assemble and the best part is that it looked exactly how it did in the pictures provided online. I bought sofa from Anna furniture. Sofa looks amazing, good quality, easy to assemble, one strong person can do it. Came less than 10 days from the date when I ordered. I received message day before delivery and call 30min before arrival.

I’m so disappointed.I ordered sofa bed over 6 weeks ago,which should be delivered up to 10 days.After 4 weeks they said been send to me ,but still didn’t.They stop answering my messages,so after 6 weeks I asked for my money back .The company cancelled my order .Only one good think I got money back .i will do not recommend.

The sofa was a very good quality. Fir that price you'd expect some flimsy and cheap materials used but it was very sturdy and nice finished. I had to wait 3 weeks for the delivery but on the day, they did arrive on time and for just £30 they delivered it to the 2nd floor. It was easy to assemble. Lots of storage space.

Meble przyszły popsute, zawiasy wogóle nie pasowały, bok sofy nie da się połączyć z sofą, kolor inny niż na zdjęciach, materiał też inny, szwy w innym miejscu.
Firma nie reaguje na reklamacje, zero komunikacji.

I highly recommend Anna furniture and fast delivery, we received our sofa bed and we love it, it's just like in the photo. The delivery people are very nice and the assembly is super quick and it's great to have assembled it ourselves.

I have ordered the sofa from them on the 20th of July, today is the 10th of August and sofa still hasn't arrived. The customer service with them is awful they just ignore your messages. Totally waste of time!

Update: sofa arrived, is very comfortable, beautiful. Easy to assemble. Drivers were very helpful. about communication is very poorly. So for sofa bed is 5stars , for communication just 1. About transport, driver called 45mins before delivery. I'm not sure if they will inform few days before, because they didn't write to me with transport day proposal. I can recommend sofa bed but with a lot patience.

The quality of the sofa is not too bad but delivery service and communication can be better! I’ve supposed to get my delivery on Saturday. They didn’t give any specific time for delivery stating it could be any time of a day. I’ve cancelled all my plans so I can accept delivery. On Friday at 10pm they send me a message that they have some issues with the car and I won’t get delivery on Saturday. They said it’s gonna be delivered the next working day… When I didn’t get it on Tuesday, I’ve called and texted them multiple times but no one responded to me. They simple read and ignored messages. On next week Friday they came back to me asking which exactly sofa I ordered…. 😳 I have no clue what they wanted to deliver on Friday week before if they were asking what I've ordered. on a website sofa was showing up as available and ready ti be delivered in 1-10 working days. In the end I've got my sofa, but that ignoring for more than a week ruined all experience. The quality of the sofa is not too bad but delivery service and communication can be better!
