fast delivery the sofa is really good quality very happy for a good price

Bought a L-shape sofa a year ago and can confirm for sure it is sturdy and durable, easy to assemble and absolutely worth the money. The guys were helpful and speedy with their replies, the delivery was quick and the quality of the sofa is excellent!

I received much more than I paid for.

Will definitely shop again.

Kontakt miałam bardzo zły ale napisał do mnie ktoś z zapytaniem czy wszystko w porządku i czy jestem zadowolona napisałam że kontakt miałam bardzo zły przez co miałam trochę stresu jednak pan/pani przeprosił/a a w ramach rekompensaty otrzymałam od nich prezent (koc) więc za to daje 5 gwiazdek

I've ordered sofa and it came in few days. Delivery was packed really well.
The prices on sofas I couldn't believe how cheap they were comparing to other places!
I got my beautiful sofa bed for under £400.
And quality is great too.
I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Ordered a corner sofa bed back in May 21st. 3 weeks later I got message in the middle of the night on Thursday that my sofa will be delivered between 6a.m and 10p.m. on Saturday. Unfortunately, we were not at home as we had trip booked. I asked if they can deliver following Saturday, I was informed that next available delivery will take up to 10 working days. Day before 10th day I got in touch to ask what's happening with delivery. I was told as such as courier is available they will let me know. Another week gone and haven't heard anything so, I decided to cancel it. Don't bother unless you want to wait for you item forever. I got sofa bed from other places and I actually pick me day for delivery and it's free. I don't recommend this shop, big disappointment.

I bought a U shaped sofa. It said on the website delivery within 1-10 days. Great. Now, a month later, still not received anything. When I try to contact the company on email or WhatsApp I get told just wait it can take up to 6 weeks. 6 weeks? I would have bought something local if I knew I'd have to wait six weeks. I want my money back. I would steer clear of this company. As others have mentioned absolutely no customer service and appalling delivery with no updates. Regret making a purchase. I'm going to try and get a refund and go with a more reliable company. Steer clear.

Kanapa kupiona przez stronę a dostawa miała być do 15 dni roboczych co oczywiście się nie wydarzyło. Kontakt z klientem na poziomie 0. Nie polecam są inne firmy które z szacunkiem podchodzą do człowieka. Porażka 😡😡

Saw a nice u shaped sofa thought oh that would be great in my front room brought it and paid in full.

Started to communicate via WhatsApp and everything was told that my delivery would be here by 27.05.24 all sounds great right?

Had a text message saying my delivery will be delivered tomorrow and will receive a call 30 minutes prior to delivery everything seemed great.

Stayed in the whole day messaged at around 3pm to check that my delivery was coming heard nothing back.

Tried calling and still heard nothing back.

Day goes by sofa was not delivered I then send an email saying that if the sofa is not here by 27.05.24 then I would be looking to get a chargeback now everytime I try to call they keep hanging up the phone.

My advice is to stay clear when something looks great and reviews are great and everything is great be weary.

Credit where it is due although my initial experience is true the sofa has been delivered today and is a really nice sofa putting the rating up to three.

Advice to owners please ensure that clients are kept informed.

The quality and delivery was the highest rate. 💯💯💯 . The contract me if a have any questions and was really helpful with it. Just the highest score for it I can give it ☺️☺️☺️
