Jestem bardzo zadowolona i szybka wysyłka

Generally I had a not bad experience with this company, sofa was as described, same as pictured, delivery was later than promised. Read the small print.. it is a doorstep delivery which is surprisingly silly, who wants a sofa to be delivered outside the front door... so you have to pay an extra to bring it in and put it together by the drivers. They actually diceded at the door how much they'll charge.( i was told by email they'll do it for a small tip.. it was an extra £60! )
Sofa itself its cheap made but not expensive so thats acceptable. Started to make squeeky noise after using a few weeks.

I am extremely disappointed and honestly furious with this company. I was told my sofa would be delivered within 3 months, but it’s now been almost 6 months and I’m still waiting. The constant delays and lack of reliability are completely unacceptable. If I had known it would take this long, I would never have placed the order. I definitely do not recommend this company... 😢

Zamawialam meble z tej firmy od lat i nigdy nie bylo tak zle jak obecnie. Tym razem zamowilamm.in. zestaw do sypilani ponad dwa miesiqce temu. Na dostawe czekalam ponad miesiac. Jeden z elementow byl uszkodzony. Czekalam znowu prawie miesiac na doslanie poprawnego elementu, dzisiaj doszedl i okazalo sie ze to nie ten co trzeba. Firma podpisala element jako ten ktory zamawialam ale przyslala zupelnie inny. Kurierzy nie maja czasu na czekanie zeby uniknac takich sytuacji. Bo szybko prosze podpisac, nam sie spieszy.. Wiele zestawow mebli jest niskiej jakosci ale to domyslam sie ze to juz wina producenta, niestety trzeba bardzo uwazac. Nie wyrzucajcie tez przed dostawa starych mebli i badzcie gotowi na czekanie miesiacami zanim dostaniecie pelnowartosciowy produkt. Jeszcze nigdy nie bylam tak mocno zawiedziona ta firma a do tej pory zamawialam wszystko tylko z Furnipolu.

It is a 3rd time I am purchasing sofa from that company. Always very happy. Furniture is very good quality and service even better. Today's delivery was done by Mr Rafał from Furnipol, who was very helpful and fast. Used his tricks to get in that sofa through narrow main door. Impressive. Sofa itself looks very nice. Thank you.

Received the sofa-bed and pouffe yesterday.
The sales service was amazing. They helped me choose a high-quality and attractive fabric that gives both pieces of furniture a coordinated, stylish look.
The delivery was also smooth and handled in a friendly manner.
After my first night on the new sofa bed, I woke up feeling refreshed and full of energy. The mattress is very comfortable, and my usual back pain was barely noticeable. I am delighted with both the product and the service.
