Easy to navigate the website and find the shoes that are perfect for my wedding dress. I would perhaps like the colours to be presented in a way where you can see what they are called as had to click in and out a few times as some colours are very similar. Can't wait for them to arrive!

I had to return the item but it was…
I had to return the item but it was quite easy to do it. Except of the fact that I only could get a free Label for sending with UPS. UPS ist not in my Region so I had to buy a Label by myself. Sending back to Denmark was quite expensive. I think I won‘t buy again shoes here although they have great items - I had to return the second pair because they also did not fit! Same procedure, same costs… frustration wasn‘t unexpected.

Ordered from them twice
Ordered from them twice. Before my first order, I contacted them in Instagram to check some details about the boots I wanted: they answered the same day and were vey helpful. I was pleasantly surprised. For my second order, I was on s waitlist for my size and the moment it was restocked I got notified via email, so I ordered my shoes the same day. It's very convenient. Not to mention, shoes are of an outstanding quality, very soft and comfortable.
