Otroligt bekväma och fina skor. Kvalitet lämnar tyvärr lite att önska. Släpp på ovandel från sula efter en dags användning påpekade skomakaren då jag lämnade in för att få loafers sulade.

Lasting quality
Just wanted to share an experience that I hope is helpful. This weekend I took out my Gigi sandals that I got from Flattered 3 years ago. They are still in perfect condition and always get so many compliments when wearing them.
Happy to have found a brand that makes shoes to last.

I contacted customer service on Thursday evening, got first contact on Friday and everything was in order by Saturday. Excellent experience. Products are also great.

I liked the style of the shoes, but they looked old and used after one wear
I liked the style of the shoes, perfect for the office and also they're flats so I can commute in them.
They don't do half sizes so I had to get the bigger size but it was too big so I had to buy an insole to be comfortable.
After one day of wear, the front part of the shoes had a line as if they had been folded half way down. It made them look so old and used but I had only worn them one day. That was disappointing and unfortunately makes them look poor quality. I won't be buying again from this brand, it's just a bit disappointing.

Amazing products and service!!
I cannot begin to describe how impressed I am with the level of professionalism Flattered and their customer support section have ( Iry was my contact there). I couldn’t pay online so I reached out to their customer support to maybe find another way to place the order ( i live in a region where there’s conflict right now and it was a long shot) Iry took care of everything and I received my order within a few short days!!! It was pretty amazing! Needless to mention that the bags also were as gorgeous as I hoped!! I love them!! Thanks you Iry for everything !!!
