So far so good! Ordered platform heels just awaiting to arrive! Message instagram to check sizing and they were efficient in getting back to me.

Beautiful well made and really comfy heeled sandals for my wedding. Really well packaged and fast delivery.

Such an amazing brand with high quality products. It’s the only brand shoes I’m wearing at the moment as they’re super comfortable, even the heeled ones.
The site itself is also really nice. It could be made even more intuitive if the various colors a shoe comes in is shown a bit more clear/larger icons. The return policy is costly but fair in my opinion. It saves me from ordering too much and really think about what I like.

I received boots with manufacture error, right boot was more narrow than left booth, my foot couldn't even get into the boot how narrow it was, I sent to them first email they wrote back within 2 days that I should send back some photos so I did that but the second email was "we gonna make you stupid" kind a way with sentence ..."It is not considered a manufacturing fault or a valid claim" .... I did not respond to that, there was no point, right? I requested return on 15.01 but I did not received any email from them with return instruction ever, no, not even in junk mail... So..I went to cobbler, paid extra 42 euro on top of the 255 euro that I paid for the boots, he triad to stretch them, failed.. I left cobbler and I threw the boots in first trash can I saw on the street....
Lesson learned...

Visiting from the UK and I wanted a pair not available in store. Paid in store for an online pair and they shipped it home. Effortless experience !

I have invested in a few pairs of Anonymous boots and they are comfortable, extremely well made, and always elicit a lot of complements. They arrive in a timely fashion, and I wear them almost every day. This is one case in which the investment really is worth it--these will last for many years and always look and feel amazing.

The quality of the Vully 50 boots is top notch and the design is that awesome 80s vintage with a modern twist. I just discovered Anonymous and loved these boots so much that I just purchased them again but in the dark taupe. I have my eye on the Keesha 55, Banie 50 and Alania and plan to make them part of my shoe wardrobe! I find Anonymous styles to be very unique and chic!

Incredibly easy to buy all their shoes. Difficult to say no. Great quality, design and shopping experience. My favorite shoes to date! Life long member I will be.

Purchased the Jasmina 20 in mushroom colour size 41. Beautiful just like the photos, No surprises. Fits well not narrow and very comfortable. The quality of the suede is very nice. The workmanship is excellent. Now I want one in every colour. No hassle returns with this company. Very satisfied will buy from them again.

clear flow - explanation when choosing sizes

Unsatisfactory returns process that is advertised as simple. The returns portal has no option to click for an exchange as a credit note, so I had to contact customer services, which is only open from 8-4 and very slow to get back. Disappointing.
