Happy

Everything was very clear, size guide was a nice addition since it is an online webshop. Also at the very bottom of the page, all my possible questions were answered in terms of for example shipping, returns, about the company etc. Great website, great experience, and hopefully great boots!

Meget hjælpsomt personale

Meget hjælpsomt personale, og behagelig betjening i butikken. Jeg blev guidet til den rigtige sko størrelse og efterfølgende fik dem bestilt hjem til en uforpligtende prøvning i butikken, da min anbefalede størrelse ikke var på lager.
Jeg fik en sms efter nogle dage, da skoene var kommet, og jeg fik at vide, at de ville holde dem til mig indtil jeg kom hjem fra påskeferie. Skoene er nu afhentet og passede perfekt.

I had a lovely and easy experience, the webpage is easy to navigate, show all the beautiful shoes and I wanted to buy everything. The shoes I know and they never let me down, with the highend quality, good fit and beautiful designs

Beautiful shoes but very fragile

Really quick delivery (6 days including over a bank holiday weekend). I ordered the Keesha in shiny lamb leather and the shoes are really beautiful but sadly I can’t imagine they will last. They are hand made and you can see the craftsmanship that has gone into them, for this reason I could overlook some of the small defects including: visible glue on the heel, a scuff on the sole and wrinkled leather on the toe.

I think some defects could simply come from handling them though because the lamb skin is incredibly fragile. I bought these for my wedding and I don’t expect they will last longer than the night but they are gorgeous and will be beautiful in photographs. I am considering returning them, the £20 fee though is disappointing.
