An excellent website. It really presents all models and designs in a clear way. You'd want to buy them all! The delivery was extremely quick. It took about 2 working days to get the shoes from Copenhagen to Sweden (close to Norrköping). The box came with well written and informative fact sheets about the company's sustainability profile. The shoes are wonderful, soft and comfortable. An extra plus is that they are available in half-size (in my case 39.5), and colours that are difficult to find elsewhere ( in my case deep red with a lower heal, yet elegant). I will definitely buy from Anonymous Copenhagen again and do recommend the brand./Monica

Ik had schoenen besteld die door de koerier zijn kwijt gemaakt. Na melding werd nog dezelfde dag een nieuw paar opgestuurd. Dat vind ik een super service. Last but not least zijn het ook nog eens prachtige schoenen!

Easy to order and quick delivery, the Sophia vegan leather sandels I bought looks nice and fit nicely. Although the sole feels rigid and may require some breaking in, so I’m not sure whether the leather versions have softer soles..Else I’m a fan of the brand

I am updating this review to reflect the absolute lack of integrity of Anonymous Copenhagen. After my initial complaint, a member of the executive management (CMO) contacted me personally. They promised to resolve the matter "quickly" and sought my input on a fair resolution.
I was completely honest and transparent. I explained that since the retailer had no more stock of this model, my only interest from the very beginning was to receive a replacement pair of shoes, as I never wanted a refund—I wanted the product. I even informed them that the local retailer had already stepped up to provide a refund and that, as a matter of principle, I intended to return that money to the shop if the brand provided the replacement. My goal was simply to wear the shoes I paid for and to remain a loyal customer.
The result? Total silence. Once they realized the small retailer had covered the cost and the immediate financial pressure was off, the brand simply disappeared. They ignored my follow-up emails and failed to honor their promise of a quick resolution.
Recap of this "Premium" experience:
1. The Product: A structural leather failure in the PHIA 55 model after only two wears.
2. The Context: I didn't want money; I wanted the shoes, but the brand preferred to ignore a loyal customer rather than replace a defective item.
3. The "Insult": A 10% discount code (the same as a newsletter signup) as a "solution" for a broken shoe.
4. The Leadership: A management team that makes empty promises to de-escalate a situation and then hides behind silence.
It is deeply disappointing that a brand claiming to represent "European craftsmanship" is led by people who don't stand behind their own word. Their "polite" emojis and generic templates are just a facade to mask a lack of professional ethics.
If you value integrity and after-sales support, stay away.

£20 to return a pair of shoes that didn’t fit. Shipping only to Manchester. They were lovely but I refuse to buy from this company again. Daylight robbery. I sent another pair back to another company in same size box for £2.99

I bought shoes and a bag that are absolutely GORGEOUS, even more than I imagined they would be. I was worried about breaking in the leather-soled flats based off previous experiences but am shocked how soft the leather is, it feels like there will be no break-in needed.
