The design and colour of AC shoes is superior to other brands in this price bracket on the market.
I think you need to have more control over other companies that sell your products though. I recently bought a pair of your sandals from a large UK based gift retail chain. They turned up with the bottom sole looking like they had been tried and tested out by someone else (small specks of dirt) with also the strap looking like it had been strapped and unstrapped a few times (small wrinkling and starting of some inside leather peeling). This is not what I would have expected from your brand

Love the shoes and delivery was superquick. Didn't check the return policy properly and ordered two pairs of shoes to keep one pair. Actually is better to order only one because you have a free excange for another pair but if you want to return to get your money back you either need to pay for the parcel or need to accept a voucher

This was my first time buying from this retailer. I loved the shoes, stylish and also suits my ageing difficulties with walking. I found them just a bit too big and had to return them. What I really like is the exchange facility. Usually you have to return, wait for a refund and buy again. I'm ready to post them now and hope I don't have to wait as long as I had to for first pair to arrive. Thank you.

I love the shoes, sandals and boots from Anonymous Copenhagen. They look gorgeous and the comfort is great, I can’t wear high heels, and these shoes look fantastic even if they’re flats or with a moderate heel. Can’t recommend them enough.
